Abstract

L'invention concerne un ensemble prothétique (100) comprenant un pilier (110) destine à recevoir un bridge ou des couronnes solidarisées et une vis de pilier (120) pour solidariser le pilier (110) à un implant implants dans 1'os maxillaire d'un patient non représentés, la dite vis de pilier (120) comprenant un corps (121) apte à être solidarisé à 1'implant et une tête (122) présentant d'une part une structure anti-rotative (122a) coopérant avec une structure anti-rotative au niveau du pilier pour donner au pilier la possibilité d'avoir plusieurs positions autour de cette tête et pour permettre à la vis de pilier d'entraîner le pilier lors du vissage, et d'autre part une surface d'appui (122b) coopérant avec une surface d'appui prévue dans le pilier de façon à ce que la vis de pilier puisse bloquer le pilier à la fin du vissage.
