Abstract

La présente invention concerne une orthèse de genou empêchant une hyper extension du genou d'un patient comprenant au moins une éclisse rigide (3) préformée légèrement courbée apte à être positionnée dans le creux du poplité du genou et des moyens de contention pour maintenir ladite éclisse' (3) dans le creux du poplité du genou remarquable en ce qu'elle est constituée d'une armature verticale centrale (1) comprenant au moins un fourreau (2) apte à accueillir l'éclisse rigide (3), de bandes dites de positionnement (4,4';5,5) s'étendant transversalement de part et d'autre de l'armature verticale (1) comprenant à leurs extrémités libres des moyens de fixation (8) aptes à coopérer avec des moyens de fixation complémentaires solidaires de la face externe (4b,4'b;5b,5h) des bandes (4,4';5,5'), lesdites bandes (4,4';5,5') présentant une longueur suffisante pour envelopper la jambe du patient.
