技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、第 1の部材および第 2の部材の相対的な移動を緩衝させる緩衝装置に 関する。
背景技術
[0002] 従来、この種の緩衝装置として、引戸の荒閉まりを防止するための引戸用緩衝スト ツバがある。そして、この引戸用緩衝ストツバは、引戸用溝レールに固定された基板 を備えている。この基板には、長手方向における中央部を厚さ方向に向けて湾曲さ せたパネ板にて構成されたパネ強度調整手段が取り付けられた構成が知られている (例えば、特許文献 1参照)。
[0003] その他緩衝装置としてケーシングとケ一シング内に配置されたドラムとを有しケーシ ング内にシリコーンオイルが満たされたロータリダンバが、引出しレールに固定された キャリアに支持され、ロータリダンバの回転軸にピ-オンギヤが固定されており、キヤリ ァの溝の中にスライダが水平方向に摺動可能に取付けられており、スライダはピニォ ンギヤとかみ合うラックを持っており、引張りスプリングの一端カ^ライダに固定され、 他方がキャリアに固定された緩衝装置を用い、ロータリダンバの緩衝作動中、ドラム がケーシングの外周のリテ一-ングシユーに押し付けられるように構成したものがある (特許文献 2参照)。

発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0004] し力しながら、上述した引戸用緩衝ストツバでは、パネ板の弾性力にて移動部材と しての引戸を確実に閉める構成であるため、この引戸を閉める際の速度、すなわち 閉速度が一定の場合を前提としたものである。よって、この引戸の閉速度が異なる場 合には、この引戸の閉速度に対応した緩衝効果を得ることができない。具体的に、引 戸の閉速度が高速である場合には、この引き戸が有する慣性によって、この引戸が 跳ね返ってしまうおそれがある。これに対し、この引戸の閉速度が低速である場合は
、この弓 I戸が完全に閉塞する前に停止してしまうおそれがあると!/、う問題を有して!/、 る。また引出し用の公知の緩衝装置は専らロータリダンバによって緩衝効果を得てい るもので引戸のように重量がある物体の緩衝を行うには装置全体が大きくなるという 問題点がある。
[0005] 本発明は、このような点に鑑みなされたもので、第 1の部材および第 2の部材いず れか一方の移動速度に応じた緩衝効果が得られる緩衝装置を提供することを目的と する。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] 請求項 1記載の緩衝装置は、第 1の部材と、第 1の部材に対して相対的に移動可能 なケース体とケース体内に、ケース体の長手方向に摺動可能かつ回動可能に設けら れた緩衝部材とを具備し、第 1の部材と緩衝部材との相対移動による当接によって緩 衝部材はケース体またはケース体に固定された部材を直接又は間接的に押圧すると 共にこの押圧状態を保持しつつ第 1部材又はケース体の移動と共に移動して、第 1 の部材とケース体との相対的移動を緩衝するようにしたものである。

[0051] さらに、この取付凹部 13の底面を構成する底面部 14には、ケース体 12の長手方 向に沿った細長溝状の係合溝 15が設けられている。この係合溝 15は、引戸 2の係 合ピン 3が長手方向に沿って摺動可能に係合できるように、この係合ピン 3の直径より も若干大きな幅を有している。そして、この係合溝 15は、底面部 14の長手方向にお ける中央部から、ケース体 12の長手方向に前端側までに亘つて設けられている。す なわち、この係合溝 15は、ケース体 12の前端側まで上下に貫通しており、このケー ス体 12の前端面に連通している。よって、ケース体 12の前端面から取付凹部 13まで の間の係合溝 15は、このケース体 12の底面部 14に設けられたスロット状の溝として 形成されている。さらに、この係合溝 15の前端側の開口縁には、この係合溝 15の前 端側に向けてテーパ状に開いた案内面部 16が設けられている。この案内面部 16は 、引戸 2の移動による係合ピン 3の係合溝 15への係合を容易にする案内面として機 能する。

[0112] 図 16は本発明の緩衝装置を引き出しに適用した実施例を示す。すなわちキャビネ ット 111の側壁の内側にケース体 12を埋込み、引き出し 112の側壁に係合ピン 3を 取り付けて、引き出し 112を閉めたときの跳ね返りを防止するように本発明の緩衝装 置が適用されている。 [0113] 図 17は本発明の緩衝装置を開き戸に適用した場合の実施例を示す。この実施例 では開き戸 115はヒンジ 116を介して開き戸取付フレーム 117に取付けられている。 係合ピン 3はガイドレール 106の中を走行する台車 108の基台延長部 109に取付け られている。台車 108にはリンクアーム 118の一端が取付られており、他端は開き戸 取付フレーム 117の上部に回転可能に取り付けられている。開き戸を閉じる際係合ピ ン 3とケース体 12との間で緩衝作用が生じ、開き戸を閉じる速度が減速され、開き戸 の跳ね返りを防止できる。
[0114] 図 17には開き戸 115を 90度に開いた状態から開き戸を閉める途中位置及び完全 に閉まった位置の状態変化が示されている。その際係合ピン 3は開き戸 115が閉まる 途中でケース体 12の係合溝 15の中に進入し、閉まった位置に近づくに従って閉まり 移動速度を減衰させる緩衝効果が生ずる。したがって開き戸 115を強い力で閉める 方向に操作しても跳ね返りなく閉めることができる。し力も従来のピストン式ドアクロー ザに比して安価に製造でき、乱暴な操作をしても故障し難い利点がある。図 18は図 17の開き戸を開放した状態で示してある。
[0115] 図 19は本発明の緩衝装置を開き戸に適用した別の実施例の斜視図を示す。この 場合ケース体 12は収納ケースの天板 120に埋込まれている。また係合ピン 3は、開 き戸 115の内側の上部コーナ部に固定されたアングルプレート 121に取付けられて いる。この実施例の緩衝装置は図 17、図 18に示す緩衝装置よりも一層安価に製造 できる。
[0116] 図 20は引戸 2に本発明の緩衝装置が適用された実施例の斜視図である。この実施 例では引戸 2の上面から車軸 123が付勢されて突出している。この車軸上に上側ガ イドレール 106の上段ガイドレールの開口縁に当接して案内される案内輪 124が回 転可能に取り付けられており、この案内輪 124の上端部には係合ピン 3が突出してお り、この係合ピン 3は上段ガイドレール内を移動できる。また引戸 2には下側ガイドレ ール 125上で引戸 2を支持して走行する走行体 126が取付けられている。この実施 例において引戸 2は走行体 126を介して支えられて下側ガイドレール 125上を走行 し、かつ係合ピン 3は上側ガイドレール 106の上段ガイドレールの開口縁に当接して 案内される案内輪によりスムーズに案内され、ケース体の係合溝の中に進入ある ヽ は後退することができ、良好な緩衝効果が得られる。また走行体 126に引戸 2の上下 調整機構が具備されている場合において、上下調整操作を施し、引戸 2の上面と上 側ガイドレールとの隙間が変動したとしても、車軸 123が付勢され案内輪は常に上段 ガイドレールの開口縁に当接しているので、係合ピンの上段ガイドレール内における 突出量は常に一定となる。したがって引戸 2の上下調整をしたとしても係合ピン 3とフ ック体との当接量が上下に変動することがないため安定した緩衝効果を得ることがで きる。本実施例では上側ガイドレール 106は上段ガイドレールと下段ガイドレールと で構成しているが、下段ガイドレールは引戸上面と上段ガイドレールの隙間を閉塞す る意匠効果が強!ヽため、下段ガイドレールがな!、場合であってもよ!/、。
[0117] 図 21は引戸 2に本発明の緩衝装置を適用した別の実施例の斜視図を示す。この 実施例ではケース体 12が引戸 2の上面と面一になるように引戸 2に取付けられており 、上側ガイドレール 106に係合ピン 3が取付けられて!/、る。
[0118] 以上の実施の形態では緩衝部材としてのフック体はケース体又はケース体に固定 された部材を押圧して第 1部材とケース体の相対移動を緩衝すると共に、スライダ又 はケース体に設けられているロータリンダンパ、ピ-オンギヤ及びラックとによる第 1部 材とケース体の相対移動を緩衝することにより緩衝効果を高めることができる。
[0119] また、本発明によりフック体がケース体の片側の内側壁またはその内側壁に隣接し てケース体に固定された部材にフック体の回動によりフック体力も押圧力をカ卩える実 施例の外にケース体の両側の内側壁に又は両内側壁に隣接してケース体に固定さ れた部材にフック体の回動により、フック体からの押圧力が加わるようにして緩衝作用 がダブルサイドと生ずるようにすることができる。
[0120] 図 22は引戸 2に本発明の緩衝装置を適用したさらに別の実施例を示し、この場合 ケース体 12は下側ガイドレール 125の下側に埋設されており、 I戸 2は上側のガイド レール 106内を台車 108により吊り下げられて走行し、引戸 2の下面から、下側ガイド レール 125に係合する係合ピン 3を突設させガイド機能と共に緩衝装置の係合ピン 3 の役割も果たしている。
[0121] 図 23及び図 24は本発明の緩衝装置の第 6の実施の形態の平面図である。図 23 はフック体 61が係合ピン 3を待機する待機姿勢位置にある状態で示されている。この 実施の形態は図 1乃至図 8に示す第 1の実施の形態とは次のような点で相違している 。まずラック 26がケース体 12の下方に図示する側に底部力も突出して形成されてお り、引張りコイルスプリング 36の右端部のくびれ部分がケース体 12の底部力もラック 2 6より上方に突出した挾持部 130に挾持により固定され、引張りコイルスプリング 36の 左端部のくびれ部分がスライダ 31の底部から突出して形成された挾持部 131により 挾持されて 、る点が異なって 、る。
[0122] さらにフック体 61が、操作凹部 68を有しておらず、係合段部 71の代りにカム状隆 起部 72を有して 、る点が異なって 、る。なお図示して 、な 、上蓋を取付けるために はケース体底部カゝら突出して形成されたピン突起が 132及び 133で示されている。 図 23において緩衝装置は例えば引戸を閉める際、第 1部材としての係合ピン 3が左 端から係合溝 15に進入し、フック体 61の保持凹部 67の右側縁に当接し、次いで押 圧し、フック体 61を左回りに旋回させ、フック体 61のカム状隆起部 72が押付部材 44 の脚部 46に設けられたブレーキパッド 47を、ブレーキプレート 28に向かって押圧す る。それと共に係合ピン 3を保持凹部 67内に確実に保持され、フック体 61の係合凸 部 64が摺動溝 17の回動溝部 19から移動溝 18に移動する。
[0123] この結果、係合凸部 64と、回動溝部 19との係合が解除され、スライダ 31の挾持部 131とケース体 12の挾持部 132との間に装着された引張りばねとして作用するコイル スプリング 36の弾性力によりスライダ 31が右側に向力つて移動する。その際フック体 61のカム状隆起部 72が押付部材 44の脚部 45上のブレーキパッド 47をブレーキプ レート 28に押圧する。その際スライダ 12のスライダ壁に取付けられたブレーキノッド 3 9と押付部材 44の脚部に取付けられたブレーキパッド 47とによりブレーキプレートが サンドウイツチ状に挟まれてスライダ 31の移動に対して摩擦による制動力が加わりス ライダ 33の移動が緩衝されて 、る。
[0124] そのほかスライダ 33にはロータリングダンバ 50が固定されておりこのロータリダンパ による緩衝作用と、ロータリングダンバ 50の回転軸に取付けられたピ-オンギヤ 51の 歯 53と、ケース体底部内面に形成されたラック 26の歯 25とかみ合い抵抗力とにより スライダ 33の移動が緩衝される。図 24はスライダ 33が終位置まで移動した状態での 平面図を示している。この図からフック体 61の係合凸部 64は摺動溝 17の移動溝部 にあり、フック体のカム状隆起部 72による押圧部材 44のブレーキプレート 28に対す る押圧状態が明らかである。
[0125] 図 24に示す状態力も第 1部材の係合ピン 3が保持凹部 67の左側縁に当接して押 圧すれば、フック体 61は右回りに旋回力が加わりフック体 61のカム状隆起部 72の押 付部材 44の脚部 46への押圧作用は減少し、ブレーキプレート 28に対する制動力も 減衰し、左方向へのスライダの移動に対してコイルスプリング 36の弓 I張り力に打ち勝 つて左方向に移動し、スライダ 31を摺動溝の移動溝部を左方向に摺動する際、係合 凸部 64が移動溝の左端部のところでフック体 61は右方向に旋回し回動溝 18に嵌入 する。
[0126] 以上ロータリダンパ 50およびピ-オンギヤ 51をスライダ 31に設け、ラック 26をケー ス体 12に設けた力 ラック 26をスライダに設けロータリダンパ 50およびピ-オンギヤ 5 1をケース体に設けることもできる。
[0127] 図 25及び図 26は本発明の緩衝装置の第 7の実施の形態の平面図である。この実 施の形態は図 1乃至図 8に示す第 1の実施の形態と弾性手段の構成が異なる。すな わち、本実施の形態の弾性手段は圧縮することでばねエネルギーを蓄える圧縮コィ ルスプリング 36を使用しており、この圧縮コイルスプリング 36は長手方向の一方の端 部をケース体 12の前端の内側面に着座させ、他方の端部をスライダ 31の下面から 突出する突出部の内側面に着座させている。したがって、この圧縮コイルスプリング は第 1の実施の形態と同様にスライダとケース体との相対的な移動方向に向けて付 勢する。

請求の範囲
[1] 第 1の部材と、
第 1の部材に対して相対的に移動可能なケース体と、ケース体内に、ケース体の長 手方向に摺動可能かつ回動可能に設けられた緩衝部材とを具備し
第 1の部材と緩衝部材との相対移動による当接によって、緩衝部材はケース体又は ケース体に固定された部材を直接又は間接的に押圧すると共に、この押圧状態を保 持しつつ第 1の部材又はケース体の移動と共に移動して第 1の部材とケース体との相 対的移動を緩衝することを特徴とする緩衝装置。
[2] 緩衝部材は、第 1の部材及びケース体のいずれか一方の移動による第 1の部材と 緩衝部材との当接を待機する待機姿勢から、第 1の部材を保持する保持姿勢に姿勢 変化することを特徴とする請求項 1記載の緩衝装置。
[3] ケース体内にケース体の長手方向に摺動可能なスライダが設けられており、前記ス ライダに緩衝部材が回動可能に取付けられており、前記スライダと前記ケース体との 間にスライダを移動させるための弾性手段を具備することを特徴とする請求項 1又は 2記載の緩衝装置。
[4] ケース体は、前記第 1の部材が相対的に進退移動可能な、ケース体の長手方向に 延在する係合溝を具備し、
ケース体内をケース体の長手方向に摺動可能にスライダは第 1の部材が相対的に 進退可能な嵌揷溝を具備し、係合溝と嵌揷溝は上下方向に一部重なり、かつ貫通し て位置しており、緩衝部材が嵌揷溝上に回動可能に配置されていることを特徴とする 請求項 3記載の緩衝装置。
[5] スライダに固定されたロータリダンバと、ロータリダンバの回転軸に固定されたピ- オンギヤと、
ケース体に固定されたラックとを具備し
前記ピ-オンギヤと前記ラックとがかみ合っていることを特徴とする請求項 3又は 4 記載の緩衝装置。
[6] スライダに固定されたラックと
ケース体に固定されたロータリダンバと ロータリダンバの回転軸に固定されたピ-オンギヤと
とを具備し、
前記ピニオンギヤと前記ラックとがかみ合っていることを特徴とする 記載の緩衝装置。
