In that position, our upper arms are leaned on the knees and together with the spine and back muscles they maintain the upper part of the body. Stomach muscles are released and together with diaphragm they could achieve complete muscle contraction to the abdomen. By that, they will make function of normal excretion of faeces easier.

Anus is relaxed and is situated in the lowest position and all above mentioned muscles are tighted, so the space around anus is released and with help of complete contraction of the stomach muscles and diaphragm, the contents of the bowels go out easy. If we are sitting with the legs on the floor, the thighs are under the angle of 90% in relation to the body.
  • Sitting position is unnatural when there is a matter about normal excretion of faeces and it makes it more difficult. When we know all this, it is easier to draw a conclusion that the optimal position of the body on the toilet bowl is: SITTING DEEP SQUAT. Why? Because the squat is natural position, but is tiring for urban human being. That is why he should be left to sit, but the knees should go up towards the chin until his body takes natural position -squat. If you check this, you will conclude that this is the only optimal position. From this theory, technical solution of the functionality problem and construction problem of the toilet bowl optimal position is reached. I established that "sitting" toilet bowl which is in use now should undergo significant changes in construction, for improvement of functionality.

While using the toilet bowl under the pressure of the body hydraulic device is activated which raises the pedestal from the floor to the desired height on which we place the feet. When getting off the toilet bowl the pedestal is returning to the floor so it is not a problem if the space is tight.
  • Picture 1 shows the shape of the toilet bowl optimal position from bird's eye view. Number 1 are sinkings that we discussed above and are made for comfort. Number 2 are flat surfaces. Number 3 is sinking for faeces and 4 the cover on the toilet bowl by broken line. Picture 3 shows two shapes of the pedestal for the feet whose dimensions are: height 17 cm, width 34 cm, length 20 cm.

Abstract

La cuvette de WC comprend un piédestal pour les pieds que l'on peut élever au moyen d'un dispositif hydraulique. Lors de l'utilisation de la cuvette des WC pour la défécation, la pression exercée par le corps actionne le dispositif hydraulique qui élève le piédestal du sol à la hauteur souhaitée. Lorsque l'utilisateur se sépare de la cuvette de WC, le piédestal revient au sol.
