  • the washer / dryer (1) comprises a washing tank (3), a detergent box (18) where cleaning materials (detergent etc.) assisting the washing procedure are placed during the washing process, an air blowing unit (5) whereby the air is routed to the interior of the washing tank (3), a heating unit (4) utilized to heat the air that is blown by the air blowing unit (5) at a certain velocity, a condenser (2) ensuring that the condensing procedure is performed, a by - pass hose (10) with one of its ends connected to the heating unit (4) and the other to the condenser (2), wherein it is achieved that the water condensed in the heating unit (4) after the condensing process is discharged over the condenser (2) without reaching the laundry and, a connection hose (13) with one of its ends connected to the detergent box (18) and the other to the condenser (2), whereby it is accomplished that humid air is sucked from the detergent box (18) during the drying process ( Figure 1 and Figure 2).
  • the condenser (2) comprises a main air inlet (6) whereby the air inside the washing tank (3) is sucked into the condenser (2), an enlarged chamber (14) where the drying air reaches after entering the condenser (2) and whereby the condensing efficiency is increased by decreasing the velocity of the air and thus by increasing the contact of the humid hot air with the surfaces, a connection hose inlet (12) connected to the detergent box (18), preferably to the vapor outlet opening of the detergent box (18), by the connection hose (13), a by - pass hose inlet (11) where the by - pass hose (10) is attached to, a cooling water inlet (8) for cooling purposes, where cold water is conducted to, a cleaning water inlet (9) whereby the particles inside the condenser (2) such as lint and fiber are removed and, a main air outlet (7) where the air blowing unit (5) is connected to and whereby the air that is sucked from the interior of the washing tank (3) by means of a fan inside the air blowing unit
  • the surface of the condenser (2) is cooled by water so that the humid air which is taken from the washing tank (3) into the condenser (2) during the drying process, leaves its moisture inside the condenser (2). Therefore, as the humid hot air that is taken from the interior of the washing tank (3) into the condenser (2) contacts the cold surface of the condenser (2), it leaves the moisture onto the condenser (2) as a result of the temperature change.
  • the cooling of the condenser (2) preferably the interior surface of it, is provided by means of a cooling water inlet (8) that is utilized to receive the cooling water the flow rate of which is controlled by a valve.
  • a cleaning water inlet (9) is placed whereby the cooling water, the flow rate of which is controlled by a valve, is taken into the condenser (2) in order to remove the particles such as lint, fiber etc. which are present inside the circulating air during the drying cycle and are captured by the condenser (2).
  • the cleaning water inlet (9) is positioned at almost the uppermost portion of the condenser (2) so that the particles such as lint, fiber etc. inside the condenser (2) are removed in an efficient manner by the cleaning water covering the maximum surface area inside the condenser (2).
  • cooling water inlet (8) is connected to the condenser (2) by joining with the cleaning water inlet (9), it may also be connected to an arbitrary location on the condenser (2).
  • the flow rate of the cooling water taken into the condenser (2) is preferably lower than the flow rate of the cleaning water.
  • the condenser (2) comprises a discharge opening (17) at its lowermost point.
  • the mentioned discharge opening (17) which is connected directly to the washing tank discharge hose or to the washing tank discharge pump via an additional hose, it is enabled that the condensed / condensation water and the particles such as lint, fiber inside the condenser (2) are conducted to the outside of the washer / dryer (1) without entering into the washing tank (3).
  • the air blowing unit (5) comprises a fan casing (15) wherein the fan is placed and connection elements (16) which are used to mount the fan casing (15) onto the condenser (2).
  • connection elements (16) By means of the connection elements (16), the fan casing (15) is mounted to the air outlet (7) of the condenser (2).
  • the mentioned connection elements (16) are inserted from the holes on the fan casing (15) and fit to the connection sockets located at the air outlet (7) such mat a projection is not formed inside the fan casing (15). Thus, accumulation of lint and fiber on the connection elements (16) is prevented ( Figure 4).
  • the dry cold air that comes out of the air blowing unit (5) is routed to an air channel inside the heating unit (4), the dry cold air that enters into the said air channel is then heated by a heater placed in the air channel and later enters into the washing tank (3) from the air channel opening on the washing tank (3), the non-humid dry hot air that enters the washing tank (3) finally enters the condenser (2) from the main air inlet (6) that communicates with the washing tank (3), as humid hot air by receiving the moisture of the laundry as a consequence of contacting with the laundry.
  • the humid hot air that enters into the condenser (2) contacts with the condenser (2), the surface of which is cooled by the cooling water which is transferred to the condenser (2) by passing through the cooling water inlet (8), the moisture inside the mentioned air condenses into water which is ejected through the discharge opening (17).
  • the dehumidified and cooled air enters the air blowing unit (5) located at the air outlet (7) of the condenser (2). Thereby, one drying cycle is completed.
  • the air inside the drying cycle is then subjected to the same cycle until the laundry is dried to a desired level.
  • the water that cools the surfaces of the condenser (2) and takes the moisture inside the air in the drying cycle is conducted to the outside of the washer / dryer (1) through the discharge opening (17).

Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de lavage et de séchage (1) comprenant un condensateur (2). Selon ladite invention, les processus de condensation et de nettoyage sont réalisés de la façon la plus efficace par déplacement de toutes les entrées et sorties nécessaires sur le condensateur (2) et l'eau condensée et les particules, telles que les peluches, les fibres etc. sont transférées à l'extérieur du dispositif de lavage et de séchage (1), tandis qu'est prévenu l'écoulement d'eau condensée sur la lessive.
