Abstract

L'invention concerne une structure de plancher pour un véhicule automobile, comprenant un panneau de plancher (1) et un revêtement de dessous de caisse (7, 8) placé sous le panneau de plancher (1). Selon la présente invention, une couche intermédiaire insonorisante (11, 12) est appliquée dans une cavité (9, 10) ménagée entre le panneau de plancher (1) et le revêtement de dessous de caisse (7, 8). Cette couche intermédiaire (11, 12) est collée au panneau de plancher par un joint de colle ou d'étanchéité (13). De manière alternative, une pellicule hydrophobe, liée sur toute sa surface au panneau de plancher, peut être appliquée entre la couche intermédiaire et le panneau de plancher. On obtient ainsi une structure de plancher insonorisante de fabrication économique, dont le panneau de plancher (1) est protégé contre la pénétration d'humidité et de poussières dans sa zone insonorisante.
