Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de guidage linéaire comportant des éléments de roulement (5) comprenant deux unités structurelles (1, 2) qui peuvent se déplacer l'une par rapport à l'autre et qui présentent des surfaces de roulement (3.1...3.2, 4.1...4.4) pour les éléments de roulement (5). Du fait de sa construction précise, le dispositif de guidage linéaire convient particulièrement à des microscopes. Selon l'invention, les éléments de roulement (5) ne sont pas guidés dans leur sens de mouvement par les encoches ménagées dans les surfaces de roulement (3.1...3.2, 4.1...4.4), mais par des cages (6, 7), ces dernières étant reliées à au moins une des unités structurelles (1 ou 2) par l'intermédiaire de moyens de guidage forcés. De ce fait et par comparaison avec la technique antérieure, l'insertion des rainures dans les surfaces de roulement (3.1...3.2, 4.1...4.4) n'est pas nécessaire pour guider les éléments de roulement (5).
