Abstract

Un contenant de boisson est composé d'un corps de contenant (10; 20) doté d'une ouverture et d'un élément de fermeture amovible qui bouche l'ouverture, cet élément de fermeture possédant un bouchon (11; 21) qui recouvre l'ouverture et qui possède une partie jupe (13; 23) munie d'un système excentrique mobile entre une position mobile et une position fixe. La partie jupe (13; 23) se situe sous un bec extérieur (10A) ou une saillie du corps de contenant (1) ou dans des évidements (20A) formés sur la surface extérieure du corps de contenant (20) lorsqu'il est dans la position fixe. De préférence, l'élément de fermeture comprend un opercule (12) ou un autre élément de scellage (22) qui permet de fermer l'ouverture, le bouchon (11; 21) étant adapté sur le corps de contenant (10; 20) au-dessus de l'opercule (12) ou de l'élément de scellage (22).
