Abstract

Trägerkonstruktion einer technischen Anlage aus nicht korrosionsbeständigem Material, de­ren Innenwandung zumindest vorübergehend ein korrosives und abrasives Gas-Dampf­Gemisch beinhaltet und vor Säurekorrosion durch eine Gas-Dampf-Gemisch-Sperre geschützt wird. Diese wird alternativ zwischen einer feuerfesten Beschichtung (6) und der hoch wärme­dämmenden Schicht (7) angeordnet oder in der feuerfesten Schicht (6) oder in der wärme­dämmenden Schicht (7) intergriert. Durch den mechanischen Schutz vor Durchdringen des Gas-Dampf-Gemisches durch die wärmedämmende Isolierung (7) bis an die Innenwandung der Trägerkonstruktion kann ein wärmedämmendes Material mit deutlich reduzierter Wärme­leitfähigkeit gewählt werden und somit die Temperatur an der Außenseite der Trägerkon­struktion gesenkt werden, wodurch der Energieverlust verringert und die Arbeitssicherheit erhöht wird.
