Abstract

Joint comprenant du type comprenant un support (3) sur une face au moins duquel est déposée à froid une couche d'élastomère, puis mise en forme, avec formation éventuelle de filets ou nervures (7), dans un moule chauffé, où s'effectue également la vulcanisation. Le support est caractérisé en ce que le support n'est pas revêtu sur toute sa surface par de l'élastomère, les zones non revêtues remplissant une fonction autre qu'une fonction d'étanchéité.
