Abstract

La présente invention concerne des dérivés de 1-deaza purine 2-substitués, utilisés comme agents modulant le récepteur de l'adénosine, ainsi que leurs méthodes de préparation et de nouveaux produits intermédiaires pouvant être utilisés pour la synthèse de ces dérivés de purine. Ces composés sont représentés par la formule générale (1) dont les symboles désignent des éléments définis dans la description de la présente demande.
