Abstract

L'attache de rails selon l'invention fait partie de la structure supérieure d'une voie ferrée, et est destinée à fixer des rails à des bases de rails telles que des traverses, des plaques, etc. L'attache de rails selon l'invention comprend un anticheminant encastré dans une traverse en béton armé, et une semelle amortissante disposée entre les têtes de l'anticheminant sur la partie d'appui des rails. Deux plaques de serrage à ressort, qui interagissent, par leurs ergots d'extrémité, avec les supports de la tête de l'anticheminant à travers un régulateur de tension, reposent par leurs parties arrondies sur une coiffe d'appui de plaque, et pressent un rail contre une traverse avec leurs parties rectilignes à travers une semelle isolante placée sur le rail. La semelle isolante placée sur le rail se présente sous la forme d'une cornière dotée d'une protubérance dans sa partie centrale, et dont l'aile verticale est placée entre le bord latéral de la base de rail et les supports de la tête de l'anticheminant. Le côté interne de la base de la tête de l'anticheminant est rectiligne au niveau de la partie coïncidant avec la semelle isolante placée sur le rail, de façon à prolonger les surfaces verticales des supports de la tête de l'anticheminant. Le côté externe de la base de la tête de l'anticheminant est dotée de pentes évasées, ses côtés latéraux sont rectilignes, et la jonction des angles est radiale. L'invention garantit un fonctionnement fiable de l'attache de rails, permet d'utiliser des semelles isolantes d'appui de rails plus dures et résistantes à l'usure, qui ont une longue durée de vie, en particulier sur des voies sinueuses.
