Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé (400) destiné à la gestion des droits numériques (GDN) d'un contenu numérique protégé. Ce procédé (400) consiste à demander l'utilisation d'un contenu numérique protégé (310) à l'aide d'un formulaire pris en charge par un dispositif électronique (100) possédant une identité, puis à lire un objet (450) concernant les droits d'utilisation du contenu numérique protégé. Le procédé (400) consiste ensuite à déterminer, à partir de l'objet (460), un identifiant et au moins une contrainte de correspondance partielle de l'identifiant. Ensuite, une décision (470) va autoriser (490) l'utilisation par le dispositif (100) du contenu numérique protégé, sous les conditions stipulées par l'objet concernant les droits d'utilisation du contenu numérique, uniquement si l'identité du dispositif correspond exactement à l'identifiant, ou partiellement, conformément à la contrainte de correspondance partielle de l'identifiant.
