Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Kunststoff-Formteils (1) aus einem Folienmaterial (14) aus transparentem Kunststoff, bei dem das Folienmaterial mittels eines Druckverfahrens einseitig bedruckt wird, durch ein Tiefziehverfahren umgeformt wird sowie nach dem Umformen von der bedruckten Seite (15) her mit einem transparenten Kunststoff (25) hinterspritzt wird. Um das gattungsgemässe Verfahren zu verbessern, wird erfindungsgemäss vorgeschlagen, dass das Folienmaterial auf seiner von der bedruckten Seite abgewandten Seite (19) mit einer kratzfesten Schicht (21) versehen wird. Weiterhin wird ein nach diesem Verfahren hergestelltes Kunststoff-Formteil vorgeschlagen.
