Abstract

L'invention concerne des structures détectrices de couleur et de temps de vol (TOF) possédant un axe y espacé de l'axe x étendant des structures de grille en forme de doigt avec des zones de collecte de source adjacente. Les structures à dimension X sont plus petites que la structure à dimension y et régissent les performances, caractérisées par des champs électriques à axe x élevés et à mouvement de charge rapide, contrastées par rapport aux champs électriques d'axe y et à mouvement de charge plus lent. De préférence, une barrière potentielle est implantée entre des grilles adjacentes et une grille polarisée est formée entre une grille et une source associée. Les structures détectrices obtenues peuvent être exploitées à des tensions de grille les plus extrêmes souhaitables pour une performance élevée.
