Abstract

La présente invention concerne une ponceuse pneumatique de nettoyage et de décapage. Cette ponceuse pneumatique est dépourvue de disque de ponçage. Celui-ci est remplacé par un disque d'air comprimé à haute pression dans lequel tournoie un abrasif sous forme de poudre. A partir d'une buse de sablage, l'invention à les particularité suivantes ; les fonctions accélération et éjection de cette buse sont dissociée en deux parties. Ce qui permet d'utiliser des orifices d'éjection très fins pouvant même être inférieurs à 400 micromètres de diamètre, sans colmatage dans le canal de buse. Le canal d'accélération de buse qui est commun à tous les orifices d'éjection débouche sur un cône brise jet (23) chargé d'éclater le jet d'air comprimé et d'abrasifs à la sortie de la buse (1 et 2) afin d'orienter le flux air-abrasif vers des organes d'éjections en carbure de tungstène. Ainsi, les orifices d'éjections ne sont plus que de simples trous (10) ou fentes (11) percés dans ces plaquettes en carbure de tungstène (41). Lesquelles plaquettes (41) sont insérées dans un disque ou plateau (24). Et en ce que ce disque ou plateau (24), délesté du poids et de l'encombrement de buses, peut ainsi être entraîné à de très hautes vitesses de rotation. Ces vitesses rotatives obtenues à l'aide d'une mini-turbine sont comprises entre 1.000 et 20.000 tours par minute, et pouvant même dépasser les 30.000 tours par minute, mais étant généralement comprises entre 4.000 et 12.000 tours par minute. Ce qui permet de par ces particularités, un travail à haute pression. De par son faible poids, encombrement et de par sa maniabilité, l'outil peut également être directement adapté sur un bras de robot industriel et assurer des travaux comme le ponçage des carlingues d'avion et les carrosserie automobile, etc.
