Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein enzymatisches Verfahren zur Synthese von Oligosacchariden, bei dem jeweils eine Saccharidgruppe eines Saccharose- Analogons auf ein Akzeptormolekül übertragen wird, beispielsweise zur Glykosylierung einer Hydroxylverbindung, eines Saccharids, Peptids, oder eines Arzneimittels. Das erfindungsgemäße Verfahren nutzt in einem ersten Schritt die enzymatische Synthese eines ß-D-Fructofuranosyl-α-D-Aldopyranosids, in einem zweiten Schritt die enzymatische Übertragung eines der Saccharidreste auf das Akzeptormolekül.
