Abstract

Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein System zur Charakterisierung eines Partikelstromes, z.B. zur Mahlgut-Charakterisierung, insbesondere von gemahlenem Getreide, in einem Walzenstuhl mit einer durch ein Walzenpaar (2, 4) gebildeten Walzenpassage (6), wobei das System aufweist: ein Entnahmemittel (8) nach der Walzenpassage (6) zum Entnehmen einer Mahlgutprobe (1) aus dem die Walzenpassage (6) verlassenden Mahlgutstrom; einen Darbietungsabschnitt (10) zum Hindurchfördern und Darbieten der ent­nommenen Mahlgutprobe (1); ein Erfassungsmittel (12, 24) zum Erfassen der durch den Darbietungsabschnitt (10) hindurchgeförderten Mahlgutprobe (1); und ein Analysemittel (14) zum Analysieren der erfassten Mahlgutprobe (1).
