Definitions
- the present invention relates to a refrigerator having at least one of a heat-insulating housing surrounded interior, which is cooled by circulation of cooling air, wherein serving for distribution of the cooling air cooling air passage extending in a wall of the heat-insulating housing.
- Such a refrigerator is known from DE 39 32 459 C2.
- a cooling air channel serving to distribute the cooling air over a plurality of refrigeration compartments is arranged in a rear wall of the heat-insulating housing of the refrigeration appliance.
- the designated in Fig. 1 and 2 by the reference numeral 27 cooling air channel 27 is formed by a in the rear wall of the heat-insulating housing and shown in FIGS. 8 and 9 as a single part trough-shaped molding 28, with its open side from the rear against the rear wall the individual cold storage enclosing inner container rests and corresponds there with corresponding outlet openings.
- the molded part 28 has a very complex structure and is therefore expensive to manufacture.
- the present invention is therefore an object of the invention to provide a refrigeration device of the type mentioned with a built-in wall of the housing cooling air duct, which has a simple structure, so that the refrigeration device can be produced inexpensively.
- a refrigerator is provided with at least one of a heat-insulating housing surrounded interior, which is cooled by circulation of cooling air, wherein a serving for distribution of the cooling air cooling air passage extends in a wall of the heat-insulating housing.
- the cooling air duct is formed from a first elongated duct part, for example a pipeline, and a plurality of identical, second duct parts which are distributed along the first duct part are and establish a connection between the first channel part and air passage openings in an inner container surrounding the interior.
- the first channel part is formed from a tube which has a passage opening for the cooling air at a connection point with one of the second channel parts in its tube wall.
- the tube has a circular cross-section. This is inexpensive to manufacture and allows a simple design of the connections of the first channel part with the second channel parts.
- the second channel parts are preferably formed from hard foam.
- the second channel parts are preferably formed from hard foam.
- it is a lightweight material that is inexpensive to manufacture.
- it has good heat insulating properties.
- it is particularly preferred to use expanded polystyrene (styrofoam) as material for the second channel parts. This material is well wetted by the polyurethane foams used mostly for foaming the heat-insulating housing.
- the second channel parts surround the first channel part over its entire circumference. This results in a high mechanical stability of the connections between the first channel part and the second channel parts. This is especially true of Meaning, if the second channel parts are made of a foamed material only relatively low mechanical strength.
- the cooling air duct preferably comprises a third duct part, which establishes a connection between the first duct part and the inner container and is attached to an open end of the first duct part.
- the third channel part not only establishes a connection between the first channel part and air passage openings in the inner container, but at the same time can be used to close the open end of the first channel part in a foam-tight manner.
- the third channel part has a recess for receiving the open end of the first channel part, wherein the third channel part can be converted into the second channel part by removing a bottom of the recess. That in the second channel part, the bottom is missing in the recess.
- the first channel part can be inserted with a free end into the recess of the second channel part and passed through it, so that a crossing arrangement of the first channel part and the second channel part is possible, i. the second channel part can be threaded onto the first channel part, so to speak.
- the bottom of the recess is limited by predetermined breaking points.
- the bottom of the recess can be broken out in a simple manner, thus obtaining the second duct part.
- the advantage of this is that only one channel part has to be manufactured, which embodies both the third channel part and the second channel part in itself.
- the inner container foam-side preferably on formations that define the position of the second channel parts and optionally the third channel part with respect to the inner container.
- the second channel parts or the third channel part can be kept in a desired manner to the inner container in a simple manner.
- the channel parts encircling projections are particularly advantageous because they prevent that during foaming insulating foam between the inner container and the second channel part can pass, which could enforce the air passage openings in the inner container.
- each of the second channel parts feeds at least two air passage openings in the inner container, which are spaced apart transversely to the longitudinal direction of the first channel part. This allows a distribution of the cooling air over the entire width of the interior of the refrigerator.
- the air passage openings in the inner container are preferably oriented in two different directions.
- the cooling air can be blown out in different directions. This makes it possible to distribute the cooling air over the entire width of the interior of the refrigeration device, even at a small distance between the air passage openings arranged transversely to the longitudinal direction of the first channel part.
- Air passage openings oriented in different directions can be provided, for example, by making a wall section of the inner container comprising the air passage openings curved or bent in the horizontal direction toward the inner space.
- each of the second channel parts has air passage openings which are assigned to the air passage openings in the inner container and are delimited by a wall of the second channel part lying flat against the inner container.
- This embodiment has a higher rigidity than an embodiment in which the second or third channel part is designed to be open toward the inner container. The determination of the second channel parts or the third channel part on the inner container for foaming the housing of the refrigerator is thereby simplified.
- the first channel part in its wall preferably on predetermined breaking points for breaking out of air passage openings. This makes it possible to use the first channel part for different types of refrigerators and, as required, break out air passage openings from the first channel part.
- the refrigeration device according to the invention is preferably a refrigeration device in no-frost technology, which is preferably designed as a household refrigeration appliance. It may be a refrigerator or freezer or a so-called. Refrigerated / freezer combination device.
