Milk is a food product that has been consumed by humans since ancient times and contains a variety of well-balanced nutrients necessary for humans. Milk is particularly good for growth and development of children and juveniles undergoing a period of growth and a great deal of milk is therefore ingested by children and juveniles.

Abstract

La présente invention a trait à du lait en comprimé comportant une substance antioxydante et son procédé de production. Le lait en comprimé de la présente invention contient des substances antioxydantes en tant que constituants, et par conséquent l'ingestion des constituants fonctionnels des substances antioxydantes lors de la consommation du lait en comprimé est facilitée. Le lait en comprimé de la présente invention comporte également des constituants fonctionnels outre la substance antioxydante, permettant ainsi d'obtenir du lait en comprimé ayant des propriétés de fonctionnalité et sensorielles supérieures. Le lait en comprimé de la présente invention est sous la forme d'un comprimé et peut donc être facilement porté, conservé et transporté. Le lait en comprimé de la présente invention peut être stocké à la température ambiante sans nécessiter un stockage à froid comparé au lait liquide classique, grâce à sa formulation en comprimé, et peut assurer une aptitude améliorée au stockage par l'enrobage de la surface du lait en comprimé avec un agent d'enrobage, comparé à une forme de lait liquide classique.
