Abstract
Die vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich allgemein auf das Gebiet der pflanzlichen Produkte, insbesondere Nahrungsmittel wie Obst - und Gemüsefrüchte und deren Untersuchung von Stoffen, bzw. den Zustand von Stoffen, durch Messen der physikalischen Eigenschaften der Stoffe mittels eines Verfahrens und einer Vorrichtung, die netzunabhängig und zum allgemeinen Gebrauch geeignet ist. Bei der Vorrichtung handelt es sich um ein Messgerät zur Qualitätseinschätzung pflanzlicher Produkte. Zur Qualitätseinschätzung wird der Reifegrad der pflanzlichen Produkte herangezogen. Der Reifegrad kann durch das elektrische Messen nicht elektrischer Größen ermittelt und über entsprechende Darstellungsmittel angezeigt werden. Zusätzliche Funktionen im Messgerät, wie beispielsweise Sprachaufzeichnung, Barcodeleser, Angebots-informationen, Taschenrechner, erleichtern die Einkaufstätigkeit.
