Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à un appareil permettant d'exécuter des opérations de forage terrestre. Ledit appareil comprend une base ou sous-structure, un mât monté sur la base, un entraînement par le haut monté sur le mât permettant un mouvement longitudinal le long de ce dernier, l'entraînement par le haut possédant une ouverture et un injecteur tubulaire à serpentin monté sur le mât au-dessus de l'entraînement par le haut, de sorte que le serpentin tubulaire partant de l'injecteur tubulaire puisse passer par l'ouverture située dans l'entraînement par le haut, l'appareil opérant de manière à utiliser sélectivement l'entraînement par le haut pour venir en contact avec et commander un composant utilisé dans des opérations de forage terrestre, tandis que l'injecteur à serpentin tubulaire est pratiquement inopérant pour injecter un serpentin tubulaire dans un forage terrestre ou utilise successivement l'injecteur à serpentin tubulaire pour injecter un serpentin tubulaire dans un ressort à enroulement commandé par l'entraînement par le haut.
