Abstract

La partie découpée (10) se trouvant à l'intérieur d'un espace de formage (6) de l'outil de formage (1) sous une pression atmosphérique est évacuée de l'espace de formage (6) au moyen d'un liquide de rinçage. Afin de pouvoir retirer complètement toutes les parties découpées (10) de manière relativement simple de l'outil de formage par haute pression interne (1), la sortie de la pièce découpée évacuée (10) de l'espace de formage (6) est détectée au moyen d'au moins un capteur (20). La sortie est numérotée en fonction du signal fourni par le capteur (20) et ce nombre est comparé au nombre de processus de découpage effectués lors d'un procédé de fabrication du profilé creux (7) dans l'outil de formage par haute pression interne (1). L'espace de formage (6) et/ou l'intérieur (11) du profilé creux (7) sont rincés jusqu'à ce que le nombre de sorties détectées de parties découpées (10) corresponde au nombre de processus de découpage.
