Abstract

L'invention concerne une composition pharmaceutique à posologie unique quotidienne, utilisée pour le traitement de troubles cardiovasculaires, caractérisée en ce qu'elle comprend : (a) un premier ingrédient actif comprenant un béta-bloquant ; (b) un second ingrédient actif comprenant un inhibiteur d'ACE ; et (c) éventuellement, un ou plusieurs excipients pharmaceutiquement acceptables. Le béta-bloquant est présent sous une forme à libération prolongée et l'inhibiteur d'ACE est présent sous une forme à libération immédiate.
