Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Bohrer zum Herstellen einer Bohrung in einem Kieferknochen für die Verankerung eines Zahnimplantats, bestehend aus einem Schaft und einem konischen Schneidenteil, sowie einen Gewindeformer zum Herstellen eines Gewindes in einer Bohrung eines Kieferknochens zum Verankern von Zahnimplantaten, wobei die Bohrung als insgesamt konische Stufenbohrung ausgebildet ist. Weiterhin betrifft die vorliegende Erfindung ein zweiteiliges Zahnimplantat, mit einem ersten, in einen Kieferknochen einschraubbaren Gewindeteil (10) und einem zweiten, daran befestigten Teil (20) für die Halterung einer Zahnkrone . Um Werkzeuge zum Herstellen und Vorbereiten von Gewindebohrungen in Kieferknochen sowie ein entsprechendes Implantat zu schaffen, wird hinsichtlich des Bohrers vorgeschlagen, daß er als Stufenbohrer ausgebildet ist. Hinsichtlich des Gewindeformers wird vorgeschlagen, daß er einen ersten vorderen Abschnitt und einen daran anschließenden zweiten Abschnitt aufweist, wobei der zweite Abschnitt ein im Vergleich zum ersten Abschnitt feineres Gewinde aufweist. Hinsichtlich des Zahnimplantats wird vorgeschlagen, dass das Gewindeteil (10) ein zweistufiges Gewinde entsprechend dem Gewindeformer aufweist.
