Abstract

L'invention appartient au domaine des équipements électriques et de la construction des rotors de machines magnétoélectriques, de préférence de générateurs synchrones excités par aimants permanents. Le rotor de la machine électrique à aimants comprend une frette circulaire (2) du conducteur magnétique, montée rigide sur un arbre principal (1) et munie d'une bride d'appui (3), sur la paroi latérale interne (4) de laquelle on a monté un insert magnétique annulaire, formé par des aimants d'excitation permanents. La paroi latérale interne de la frette (2) du conducteur magnétique comporte un alésage circulaire 'a', et l'insert magnétique circulaire est constitué d'un groupe d'aimants circulaires monolithes (5) comportant des pôles magnétiques qui alternent dans le sens circulaire. Ils sont disposés dans l'alésage circulaire 'a', sur la paroi latérale interne (4) de la frette circulaire (2) du conducteur magnétique et raccordés en suivant leurs extrémités ainsi qu'avec la paroi latérale de l'alésage circulaire 'a'. Les mêmes pôles qui alternent dans un sens circulaire dans les aimants circulaires monolithes (5) sont disposés de façon congrue les uns avec les autres, dans les mêmes plans verticaux. L'invention permet d'améliorer la fiabilité d'utilisation du rotor de la machine magnétoélectrique et d'élargir ses capacités fonctionnelles par la création d'un flux magnétique général lors de la rotation, avec des caractéristiques améliorées en termes de poids et d'encombrement.
