 分子量が130~300であり、1個の(メタ)アクリロイル基を有する単量体(A)の混合物と、単量体(A)に溶解可能であり、ガラス転移温度が20~155°Cである樹脂(C)と、ワックス(D)と、3級アミン(E)とを含有し、単量体(A)として、ヘテロ環含有(メタ)アクリレート(a1)、オリゴエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル(メタ)アクリレート(a2)およびヒドロキシアルキル基の炭素数が2または3であるヒドロキシアルキル(メタ)アクリレート(a3)を含有するシラップ組成物を用いる。該シラップ組成物は、多価金属石鹸を実質的に含まないことが好ましい。

シラップ組成物、樹脂モルタル組成物および被覆方法
技術分野
[0001] 本発明は、シラップ組成物、榭脂モルタル組成物、およびこれらを用いた床面、壁 面、道路の舗装面等への被覆方法に関する。
本願は 2005年 9月 21日に日本国特許庁に出願された特願 2005— 273740号、 2006年 1月 26曰〖こ曰本国特許庁【こ出願された特願 2006— 017332号、及び 200 6年 8月 17日に日本国特許庁に出願された特願 2006— 222385号に基づき優先 権を主張し、その内容をここに援用する。
背景技術
[0002] 従来より、床面、壁面、道路の舗装面等の被覆に、不飽和ポリエステル系榭脂、ェ ポキシ系榭脂、ポリウレタン系榭脂等が用いられている。しかし、不飽和ポリエステル 系榭脂は、耐溶剤に優れるものの、耐候性に劣り、硬化時の収縮が大きぐ低温施工 性が悪い。エポキシ系榭脂は、耐アルカリ性に優れ、下地との密着性に優れるものの 、耐候性に劣り、硬化時間が長ぐ低温での硬化性に劣る。ポリウレタン系榭脂は、弾 力性、柔軟性に優れるものの、耐薬品性、耐候性に劣る。
[0003] そこで最近では、低温硬化性、耐候性、耐薬品性に優れるビニルエステル系榭脂 またはアクリル系榭脂がよく用いられている。しかし、ビニルエステル系榭脂およびァ クリル系榭脂は、スチレン、メチルメタタリレート等の低分子量の単量体に起因する特 有の臭気を有するため、作業時の臭気が問題となっている。
[0004] 近年、環境問題への関心が高まっており、有機溶剤、低分子量の単量体等の揮発 性があり、かつ臭気の強い成分を含む材料については、その使用が制限されつつあ る。このため、分子量の高い単量体、高沸点の単量体等を用いることにより、低臭気 化したシラップ組成物が提案されて 、る。
[0005] (1)ヘテロ環を有する (メタ)アタリレートモノマーを少なくとも含む (メタ)アタリレート モノマーと、ポリマーおよび Zまたはラジカル重合性オリゴマーと、架橋剤とを含有す るアクリル系シラップ組成物(特許文献 1)。 (2) 6. 67kPaにおける沸点が 75°C以上の(メタ)アタリレートモノマーと、ポリマーま たはラジカル重合性オリゴマーと、分散状態のワックスとを含有するアクリル系シラッ プ組成物(特許文献 2)。

(4)重合性不飽和基を有する榭脂と、フエ二ル基を有し分子量 180〜500のアタリ ル系単量体と、アルキル基の炭素数が 1〜4であるヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレ 一トとを含有する榭脂組成物 (特許文献 4)。
[0007] (5)分子末端に (メタ)アタリロイル基を有するポリエーテルアクリルウレタン榭脂と、 乾性油をアルコリシス化合物として用いる不飽和ポリエステル榭脂と、乾性油および
Zまたはそれらの脂肪酸ィ匕合物を用いた不飽和ポリエステル榭脂またはアルキッド 榭脂から選ばれる空乾性付与型重合体と、分子量 160以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基を 有するエチレン性不飽和単量体とを含有する榭脂組成物 (特許文献 5)。
(6)ビスフエノール Aおよび Zまたはビスフエノール Fの 1. 0モルあたり、エポキシ当 量 300以下の脂肪族ジグリシジルエーテル型エポキシ化合物 1. 5〜3. 5モルを反 応させて得られるエポキシィ匕合物と、(メタ)アクリル酸との反応物からなるエポキシ (メ タ)アタリレート、および分子量が 160以上でかつ 25°Cにおける粘度が lOOmPa' s以 下の重合性 (メタ)アクリル系モノマーを含有する硬化性榭脂組成物(特許文献 6)。
[0008] しかし、(1)〜(6)のいずれのシラップ組成物においても、反応性の低い単量体を 用いているため、空気に触れる部分の硬化性 (表面硬化性)が低下するという問題が ある。そのため、表面硬化性向上のために、硬化促進剤として多価金属石鹼を用い る必要がある。しかし、多価金属石鹼は、単量体の重合中に錯体を形成するため、得 られる塗膜が着色してしまい、仕上がり外観に影響を及ぼすという問題がある。

発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0009] 本発明の目的は、低臭気性であり、表面硬化性に優れ、かつ着色の少ない塗膜を 形成できるシラップ組成物および榭脂モルタル組成物、作業時に臭気が問題となら ない床面、壁面、道路の舗装面等への被覆方法を提供することにある。
課題を解決するための手段
[0010] 本発明のシラップ組成物は、分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリ口 ィル基を有する単量体 (A)の混合物と、該単量体 (A)に溶解可能であり、かつガラス 転移温度が 20〜155°Cである榭脂(C)と、ワックス (D)と、 3級ァミン (E)とを含有し、 前記単量体 (A)として、ヘテロ環含有 (メタ)アタリレート(al)、オリゴエチレングリコー ルモノアルキルエーテル (メタ)アタリレート(a2)、およびヒドロキシアルキル基の炭素 数が 2または 3であるヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレート (a3)を含有することを特徴 とする。
本発明のシラップ組成物は、塗膜の厚さが lmmとなるように塗装し、硬化させた硬 化物の YI値が 20未満であるものが好まし!/、。

本発明の被覆方法は、施工面に、本発明のシラップ組成物を塗工して下塗り層を 形成し、該下塗り層上に、本発明の榭脂モルタル組成物を塗工して中塗り層を形成 し、該中塗り層上に、本発明のシラップ組成物を塗工して上塗り層を形成することを 特徴とする。
発明の効果
[0012] 本発明のシラップ組成物および榭脂モルタル組成物は、低臭気性であり、表面硬 化性に優れ、かつ着色の少な!/ヽ塗膜を形成できる。
本発明の被覆方法によれば、作業時に臭気が問題になることなぐ床面、壁面、道 路の舗装面等へ被覆できる。
発明を実施するための最良の形態
[0013] 本発明において、「(メタ)アタリレート」とは、「アタリレートおよび/またはメタタリレー ト」を意味する。
く単量体 (A) >
単量体 (A)は、分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリロイル基を有す る単量体である。単量体 (A)の分子量が 130以上の場合、シラップ組成物の低臭気 性が良好となる。単量体 (A)の分子量が 300以下の場合、シラップ組成物の反応性 が良好となる。
本発明のシラップ組成物は、該単量体 (A)として、ヘテロ環含有 (メタ)アタリレート( al) (以下、「単量体 (al)」と記す。)、オリゴエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテ ル (メタ)アタリレート(a2) (以下、「単量体 (a2)」と記す。)、およびヒドロキシアルキル 基の炭素数が 2または 3であるヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレート(a3) (以下、「単 量体 (a3)」と記す。)の 3成分を必須成分として含有する。また、本発明のシラップ組 成物は、該単量体 (A)として炭素数 4〜 15の長鎖アルキル基を有するアルキル (メタ )アタリレート(a4) (以下、「単量体 (a4)」と記す。)を含有することが好ましい。

単量体(al)は、分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリロイル基および ヘテロ環を有する単量体である。単量体 (al)は、シラップ組成物の粘度、塗膜の機 械的強度等の特性を調整する成分である。
[0015] ヘテロ環としては、フラン環、チォフェン環、ピロール環、ピロリン環、ピロリジン環、 ォキサゾール環、イソォキサゾール、チアゾール環、イソチアゾール環、イミダゾール 環、イミダゾリジン環、ピラゾール環、ピラゾリン環、トリァゾール環、フラザン環、テトラ ゾール環、ピラン環、チミン環、ピリジン環、ピぺリジン環、ォキサジン環、モルホリン 環、チアジン環、ピリダジン環、ピぺラジン環、エーテル環、ラタトン環、イミン環、ラタ タム環、これら環の誘導体等が挙げられる。
単量体 (al)としては、フラン環、ヒドロフラン環、ピラン環およびヒドロピラン環力 な る群より選ばれるヘテロ環を有する (メタ)アタリレートが好ま 、。
[0016] フラン環を有する (メタ)アタリレートとしては、フリル (メタ)アタリレート、フルフリル (メ タ)アタリレート等が挙げられる。
ヒドロフラン環を有する (メタ)アタリレートとしては、テトラヒドロフリル (メタ)アタリレー ト、テトラヒドロフルフリル (メタ)アタリレート、力プロラタトン変性テトラヒドロフルフリル( メタ)アタリレート等が挙げられる。
ピラン環を有する (メタ)アタリレートとしては、ビラ-ル (メタ)アタリレート等が挙げら れる。
ヒドロピラン環を有する (メタ)アタリレートとしては、ジヒドロビラ-ル (メタ)アタリレート 、テトラヒドロビラ-ル (メタ)アタリレート、ジメチルジヒドロビラ-ル (メタ)アタリレート、 ジメチルテトラヒドロビラ-ル (メタ)アタリレート等が挙げられる。
[0017] 単量体 (al)としては、テトラヒドロフルフリルメタタリレート、力プロラタトン変性テトラヒ ドロフルフリル (メタ)アタリレート、ジメチルジヒドロビラ-ルメタタリレート、ジメチルテト ラヒドロビラニルメタタリレートが特に好ましい。
単量体 (al)は、 1種を単独で用いてもよぐ 2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。 単量体 (al)の含有量は、(A)、(B)および (C)の合計 100質量部のうち、 10〜70 質量部が好ましぐ 10〜60質量部がより好ましい。単量体 (al)の含有量を 10質量 部以上にすることによって、シラップ組成物の表面硬化性、塗膜の強度が向上する。 単量体 (al)の含有量を 70質量部以下にすることによって、塗膜が硬くてもろくなるこ とを防止できる。

単量体(a2)は、分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリロイル基を有す るオリゴエチレングリコールモノアルキルエーテル (メタ)アタリレートである。単量体(a 2)は、シラップ組成物の粘度、塗膜の柔軟性を調整する成分である。
[0019] 単量体(a2)としては、エチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルメタアタリレート、ェチ レングリコーノレモノェチノレエーテノレメタタリレート、ジエチレングリコーノレモノメチノレエ 一テル(メタ)アタリレート、ジエチレングリコールモノェチルエーテル(メタ)アタリレート 、 2—エトキシレーテッド 2—ェチルへキシル (メタ)アタリレート、ポリエチレングリコー ルモノメチルエーテル(メタ)アタリレート、ポリエチレングリコールモノェチルエーテル (メタ)アタリレート等が挙げられる。
単量体(a2)としては、エチレングリコールモノメチルエーテルメタアタリレート、ェチ レングリコーノレモノェチノレエーテノレメタタリレート、ジエチレングリコーノレモノメチノレエ 一テル(メタ)アタリレート、ジエチレングリコールモノェチルエーテル(メタ)アタリレート が好ましい。
[0020] 単量体 (a2)は、 1種を単独で用いてもよぐ 2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
単量体(a2)の含有量は、(A)、 (B)および(C)の合計 100質量部のうち、 10〜60 質量部が好ましぐ 10〜50質量部がより好ましい。単量体 (a2)の含有量を 10質量 部以上にすることによって、塗膜の柔軟性が良好となる。単量体 (a2)の含有量を 60 質量部以下にすることによって、塗膜が柔らかくなりすぎず、塗膜の強度バランスが 良好となる。

単量体(a3)は、分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリロイル基および 炭素数が 2または 3のヒドロキシアルキル基を有する単量体である。単量体 (a3)は、 シラップ組成物の反応性を調整する成分である。
[0022] 単量体(a3)としては、 2—ヒドロキシェチルメタタリレート、 2—ヒドロキシプロピルァク リレート、 2—ヒドロキシプロピルメタタリレートが挙げられる。
単量体(a3)としては、 2—ヒドロキシェチルメタタリレート、 2—ヒドロキシプロピルメタ タリレートが好ましい。
[0023] 単量体 (a3)は、 1種を単独で用いてもよぐ 2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
単量体 (a3)の含有量は、(A)、(B)および (C)の合計 100質量部のうち、 5〜40質 量部が好ましい。単量体 (a3)の含有量を 5質量部以上にすることによって、シラップ 組成物の反応性が向上し表面硬化性が良好となる。単量体 (a3)の含有量を 40質量 部以下にすることによって、塗膜の耐水性が良好となる。

単量体(a4)は、分子量力 30〜300であり、炭素数 4〜 15の長鎖アルキル基を有 し、かつ 1個の (メタ)アタリロイル基を有するアルキル (メタ)アタリレートである。単量 体 (a4)は、シラップ組成物貯蔵時のワックスの分散性を向上させる成分である。
[0025] 単量体(a4)としては、 n—ブチルメタタリレート、 i—ブチルメタタリレート、 t—ブチル メタタリレート、 2—ェチルへキシル (メタ)アタリレート、 n—ォクチル (メタ)アタリレート 、ノ-ル (メタ)アタリレート、デシル (メタ)アタリレート、ゥンデシル (メタ)アタリレート、ド デシル (メタ)アタリレート、トリデシル (メタ)アタリレート、テトラデシル (メタ)アタリレート 、ペンタデシル (メタ)アタリレート等が挙げられる。
単量体 (a4)としては、ドデシル (メタ)アタリレート、トリデシル (メタ)アタリレート、テト ラデシル (メタ)アタリレート、ペンタデシル (メタ)アタリレート、これらの混合物等が、シ ラップ組成物貯蔵時のワックスの分散性向上効果が大きく好ましい。
[0026] 単量体 (a4)は、 1種を単独で用いてもよぐ 2種以上を組み合わせて用いてもよい。
単量体 (a4)の含有量は、(A)、 (B)および (C)の合計 100質量部のうち、 2〜35質 量部が好ましぐ 2〜30質量部がより好ましい。単量体 (a4)の含有量を 2質量部以上 にすることによって、シラップ組成物の貯蔵時のワックス (D)の分散性が向上する。単 量体 (a4)の含有量を 35質量部以下にすることによって、榭脂 (C)の溶解性が良好と なる。

ワックス (D)は、空気遮断作用を利用した表面硬化性向上等の作用を奏する。 ワックス(D)としては、固形ワックス類が挙げられる。固形ワックス類としては、パラフ イン類、ポリエチレン類、ステアリン酸等の高級脂肪酸類等が挙げられる。
ワックス(D)としては、パラフィンワックスが好ましい。パラフィンワックスは、融点の異 なる 2種以上を併用することが好ましい。パラフィンワックスの融点は、 40〜80°Cが好 ましい。融点を 40°C以上にすることによって、シラップ組成物を塗装硬化させた際に 充分な空気遮断作用が得られ、表面硬化性が良好となる。融点を 80°C以下にするこ とによって、シラップ組成物を製造する際、単量体 (A) (好ましくは単量体 (A)および 単量体 (B) )への溶解性が良好となる。また、ノ ラフィンワックスを併用することによつ て、シラップ組成物を塗装硬化させるときに、下地温度が変わったときであっても、充 分な空気遮断作用が得られ、表面硬化性が良好となる。併用する際には、融点の差 力 °C〜20°C程度のものを併用することが好ましい。

硬化促進剤としては、 3級ァミン (E)の他に、ナフテン酸コバルト、ォクチル酸コバル ト、ァセトァセチル酸コバルト等の多価金属石鹼が挙げられる。しかし、多価金属石 鹼は、単量体の重合中に錯体を形成するため、得られる塗膜が着色してしまい、仕 上がり外観に影響を及ぼすという問題がある。本発明のシラップ組成物は、その表面 硬化性が良好なことから、従来のシラップ組成物を硬化させるために添加して 、た多 価金属石鹼の添加量を少なくすることによって、着色の少な 、塗膜を得ることができ る。さらに着色の少ない塗膜が要求される場合には、硬化促進剤である多価金属石 鹼を実質的に含まな ヽシラップ組成物とすることが好まし 、。本発明のシラップ組成 物は、塗膜の厚さが lmmとなるように塗装し、硬化させた硬化物の YI値が 20未満で あるものが好ましい。

床面、壁面、道路の舗装面等の施工面への被覆方法としては、施工面に、本発明 のシラップ組成物、または本発明のモルタル組成物を塗工して塗膜を形成する方法 が挙げられる。施工面にシラップ組成物を塗工して上塗り層(トップコート)を形成する ことができる。施工面に下塗り層と上塗り層(トップコート)とを形成する場合、少なくと も一方の層としてシラップ組成物を塗工することができる。下塗り層には榭脂モルタル 組成物を塗工することもできる。施工面に下塗り層、中塗り層および上塗り層(トップコ ート)を形成する場合、少なくとも一つの層としてシラップ組成物を塗工することができ る。中塗り層には榭脂モルタル組成物を塗工することもできる。

〔実施例 1〕
シラップ組成物 S— 1について、以下の測定、評価を行った。結果を表 4に示す。
(1)粘度:
シラップ組成物 S— 1の粘度を、後述の測定法にしたがって測定した。
(2)硬化時間:
シラップ組成物 S— 1を 20°Cの恒温水槽中にて 2時間放置した後、シラップ組成物 S— 1の 100部に対して、重合開始剤としてベンゾィルパーオキサイド 50%顆粒品( 化薬ァクゾ社製、商品名:カドックス B— CH50、以下「B— CH50」と略す。)を 2部加 え、充分に撹拌した後に、後述の測定法にしたがって硬化時間 (分)を測定した。

(1)粘度:
シラップ組成物を 20°Cの恒温水槽中にて 2時間放置した後、 JIS K6901記載の ブルックフィールド型粘度計における、タイプ 1の BM型粘度計にて測定した。
[0095] (2)硬化時間:
重合開始剤等を加えた後のシラップ組成物を、内径 10mmの試験管 (長さ 12cm) の下部より 7cmの位置まで投入し、再度、 20°C恒温水槽中に試験管を投入し、その 中心部に熱電対を投入し、重合発熱による温度変化を記録した。このとき、重合開始 剤を加えて力も最大発熱温度に到達するまでに要した時間を硬化時間 (分)とした。 硬化時間が 120分以内であるものは、塗り重ねをする場合において作業上好ましく 、硬化時間が 60分以内であるものがより好ましい。

温度 23°C、相対湿度 50%の環境可変室(3m X 7m X高さ 3m)内に、基材 (JISモ ルタル板、 30cm X 30cm X厚さ 6cm)およびシラップ組成物を 4時間以上放置して 環境可変室の温度に慣らした後、該環境可変室内にて基材の表面にシラップ組成 物を約 0. 5kgZm2の塗布量で塗装し、この塗装作業中に 5名の人間が立ち会い、 塗膜表面から 50cm離れた位置での臭気を確認し、その結果を以下のように評価し た。
A: 5人とも臭わなかった。
B: 2人がわずかに臭った。

重合開始剤等を加え、脱泡作業を実施した後のシラップ組成物を型に注入し、 2時 間放置した後に硬化物を取り出して、厚さ 3mmの注型板を得た。該注型板を JIS K 6251に準拠したダンベル 1号型に加工し、試験用サンプルを得た。該試験用サンプ ルについて、 JIS K6251に準拠して、 20°Cにて硬化物特性を評価した。

重合開始剤等を加えた後のシラップ組成物を、塗膜の厚さが 0. 3mmになるよう〖こ 、 JISモルタル板 (30cm X 30cm X厚さ 6cm)にウールローラー塗装したときの塗装 作業性を、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。
A:良好。
C:糸引きまたは塗工ムラが発生。
ついで、シラップ組成物を塗装してから 1時間経過した後、塗膜の表面硬化性を指 触にて確認し、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。
A:タックなし。
C :タックあり。
[0100] (7)モルタル塗装性:
モルタル塗装性の評価は、榭脂モルタル組成物をモルタル層(中塗り層)に用いた ときの適正をみるための評価である。
榭脂モルタル組成物を、塗膜の厚さが 5mmとなるように、 JISモルタル板 (30cm X 30cm X厚さ 6cm)にコテを用いて塗装したときの塗装作業性を、下記評価基準に基 づき評価した。
A:良好。
C :塗工ムラが発生。
ついで、榭脂モルタル組成物を塗装してから 1時間経過した後、塗膜の表面硬化 性を指触にて確認し、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。
A:タックなし。
C :タックあり。 [0101] (8)ワックス分散性:
ワックス分散性の評価は、シラップ組成物を貯蔵した際のワックスの安定性を見るた めの評価である。
シラップ組成物を製造した直後に、外径 120mm、高さ 245mmのポリ容器にシラッ プ組成物を 2, OOOg投入し、温度 23°C、相対湿度 50%の環境可変室(3m X 7m X 高さ 3m)内に 30日静置した。 30日経過後、ふるい目の開きが lmmのふるいでろ過 し、ふるい上の残物の寸法を確認して、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。
A:ふるい上に残物なし。
B:ふるい上に残物があって、その寸法が 5mm未満。
C:ふる!/、上の残物があって、その寸法が 5mm以上の残物も含む。
[0102] (9)消泡剤の安定性:
消泡剤の安定性の評価は、シラップ組成物を貯蔵した際の消泡剤の安定性を見る ための評価である。
シラップ組成物を製造した直後に、外径 120mm、高さ 245mmのポリ容器にシラッ プ組成物を 2, OOOg投入し、温度 23°C、相対湿度 50%の環境可変室(3m X 7m X 高さ 3m)内に静置した。所定の日数経過後、容器内部に消泡剤の析出 (容器上部 に帯状の付着物)があるか否かを目視で確認し、下記評価基準に基づき評価した。 シラップ組成物 S— 8は、消泡剤を配合していないため、未評価とした。
A : 30日後でも析出なし。
B: 7〜30日で析出あり。
C : 7日未満で析出あり。
産業上の利用可能性
[0103] 本発明のシラップ組成物は、低臭気性であり、表面硬化性に優れ、かつ着色の少 ない塗膜を形成できるため、床面、壁面、道路の舗装面等の被覆等の土木建築用途 に有用である。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] 分子量が 130〜300であり、かつ 1個の(メタ)アタリロイル基を有する単量体 (A)の 混合物と、
該単量体 (A)に溶解可能であり、かつガラス転移温度が 20〜155°Cである榭脂(C )と、
ワックス(D)と、
3級ァミン (E)とを含有し、
前記単量体 (A)として、ヘテロ環含有 (メタ)アタリレート (al)、オリゴエチレングリコ ールモノアルキルエーテル (メタ)アタリレート(a2)、およびヒドロキシアルキル基の炭 素数が 2または 3であるヒドロキシアルキル (メタ)アタリレート(a3)を含有するシラップ 組成物。
[2] 塗膜の厚さが lmmとなるように塗装し、硬化させた硬化物の YI値が 20未満である 請求項 1に記載のシラップ組成物。
[3] 多価金属石鹼を実質的に含まな!/、請求項 1に記載のシラップ組成物。
[4] さらに、単量体 (A)として、炭素数 4〜 15の長鎖アルキル基を有するアルキル (メタ
)アタリレート(a4)を含有する請求項 1に記載のシラップ組成物。
[5] さらに、 2個以上の (メタ)アタリロイル基を有する単量体 (B)を含有する請求項 1に 記載のシラップ組成物。
[6] 請求項 1〜5の 、ずれか〖こ記載のシラップ組成物に骨材を配合した榭脂モルタル 組成物。
[7] 施工面に、請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載のシラップ組成物、または該シラップ組 成物に骨材を配合した榭脂モルタル組成物を塗工して塗膜を形成する被覆方法。
[8] 施工面に、請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載のシラップ組成物を塗工して下塗り層を 形成し、
該下塗り層上に、請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載のシラップ組成物に骨材を配合し た榭脂モルタル組成物を塗工して中塗り層を形成し、
該中塗り層上に、請求項 1〜5のいずれかに記載のシラップ組成物を塗工して上塗 り層を形成する被覆方法。
