Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dosage servant à déterminer la présence ou l'absence d'une substance à analyser d'intérêt dans un échantillon liquide. Le dispositif comprend: un premier fragment marqué mobilisable et un second fragment; une zone de capture comprenant un premier agent de capture immobilisé pour le premier fragment marqué mobilisable; et au moins un moyen de transport du liquide pour transporter le premier fragment marqué mobilisable vers la zone de capture. Le premier fragment marqué mobilisable peut émettre un premier signal dans la zone de capture, et le second fragment peut émettre un second signal dans la zone de capture. Le second signal émis dans la zone de capture est sensiblement non tributaire de la présence ou de l'absence d'une substance à analyser d'intérêt dans l'échantillon liquide. La force ou l'intensité du premier signal émis dans la zone de capture dépend de la quantité de la substance à analyser dans l'échantillon. Le premier fragment marqué mobilisable présente une première couleur et le second fragment présente une seconde couleur. Le premier signal résultant de la capture du premier fragment marqué dans la zone de capture peut occulter le second signal émis par le second fragment dans la zone de capture.
