Abstract
Die Erfindung betrifft ein Verfahren zur Herstellung und/oder Reparatur eines integral beschaufelten Rotors (10), wobei das Verfahren zumindest die folgenden Schritte umfasst: a) Bereitstellen eines Rotorgrundkörpers (11), wobei der Rotorgrundkörper mindestens einen höckerartigen Vorsprung (14) zur Anbindung jeweils einer Laufschaufel (12) an den Rotorgrundkörper aufweist; b) Bereitstellen mindestens einer Laufschaufel, wobei die oder jede Laufschaufel einen höckerartigen Vorsprung (15) zur Anbindung derselben an einen höckerartigen Vorsprung des Rotorgrundkörpers aufweist; c) Fügen der ode jeder Laufschaufel an den Rotorgrundkörper durch induktives Hochfrequenzpressschweißen, wobei die oder jede Laufschaufel an ihrem höckerartigen Vorsprung mit einem höckerartigen Vorsprung des Rotorgrundkörpers verbunden wird; d) Konturbearbeiten der oder jeder an den Rotorgrundkörper gefügten Laufschaufel.
