Abstract

Diode organique électroluminescente comprenant un substrat (1), une couche organique (3) électroluminescente agencée entre une première électrode (2) et une deuxième électrode transparente et semi-refléchissante à structure multicouches subdivisée en: - une première couche métallique (4) à base d'argent en contact avec la couche organique (3) électroluminescente, - une deuxième couche métallique (5) à base d'aluminium, - et une troisième couche diélectrique (6), caractérisée en ce que la deuxième couche métallique (5) est intercalée entre la première couche métallique (4) et la troisième couche diélectrique (6) de la deuxième électrode transparente, que la couche organique (3) électroluminescente comporte une sous-couche dopée en contact avec la première couche métallique (4) de la deuxième électrode transparente, et que l'épaisseur de ladite troisième couche diélectrique (6) est adaptée pour limiter l'absorption desdites première (4) et deuxième (5) couches métalliques de la lumière émise par la diode.
