Abstract

 電磁ブレーキ制御装置において、制御装置本体は、ブレーキコイルを励磁してブレーキコイルにアーマチュアを吸引させることにより、電磁ブレーキ装置を解放させる。また、制御装置本体は、ブレーキコイルの吸引によるアーマチュアの解放動作の開始を検出可能であり、解放動作の開始が検出されると、ブレーキコイルに発生する吸引力を解放動作の開始前よりも低減させる。

[0002] 従来の電磁ブレーキ装置においては、ブレーキコイルの励磁電流指令を、予め設 定された値に達するまで漸増させる励磁電流指令手段を用いることにより、ブレーキ 解放時にァーマチュアが電磁石フィールドに衝突して発生する衝突音の低減が図ら れている(例えば、特許文献 1参照)。

発明が解決しょうとする課題
[0004] し力し、上記のような従来の電磁ブレーキ装置では、ブレーキコイルの励磁電流を 単に漸増させるため、時定数の大きい電磁石を用いる場合、解放動作時間がかなり 長くなつてしまう。また、電磁石とァーマチュアとの間のギャップのばらつき、制動ばね のばね力のばらつき、電磁石特性のばらつき、及びそれらの経年変動等を考慮して レ、ないため、衝突音の低減効果を安定的に得ることができなかった。
[0005] この発明は、上記のような課題を解決するためになされたものであり、ブレーキ解放 動作の長時間化を抑えつつ、ブレーキ解放時の衝突音を安定的に低減することがで きる電磁ブレーキ制御装置を得ることを目的とする。
課題を解決するための手段
[0006] この発明による電磁ブレーキ制御装置は、ブレーキコイルを励磁してブレーキコィ ノレにァーマチュアを吸引させることにより、電磁ブレーキ装置を解放させる制御装置 本体を備え、制御装置本体は、ブレーキコイルの吸引によるァーマチュアの解放動 作の開始を検出可能であり、解放動作の開始が検出されると、ブレーキコイルに発生 する吸引力を解放動作の開始前よりも低減させる。 また、この発明による電磁ブレーキ制御装置は、ブレーキコイルを励磁してブレー キコイルにァーマチュアを吸引させることにより、電磁ブレーキ装置を解放させる制動 装置本体を備え、制御装置本体は、ブレーキコイルの励磁開始力 の時間を計測し 、ブレーキコイルの励磁開始から予め設定された時間が経過するとブレーキコイルの 吸引力を上昇させる。

実施の形態 1.
図 1はこの発明の実施の形態 1によるエレベータ装置を示す概略の構成図である。 図において、力ご1及び釣合おもり 2は、主索 3により昇降路内に吊り下げられており 、卷上機 4の駆動力により昇降路内を昇降される。
[0009] 卷上機 4は、主索 3が卷き掛けられた駆動シーブ 5、駆動シーブ 5を回転させるモー タ 6、かご 1の走行に伴って駆動シーブ 5と一体に回転されるブレーキ回転体としての ブレーキドラム 7、及び駆動シーブ 5の回転を制動する電磁ブレーキ装置 8を有して いる。
[0010] 電磁ブレーキ装置 8は、ブレーキドラム 7に接離されるブレーキシュ一 9、ブレーキシ ユー 9に接続されたァーマチュア 10、ブレーキシュ一 9をブレーキドラム 7に押し付け る制動ばね 11、ァーマチュア 10に対向して配置され制動ばね 11に抗してブレーキ シユー 9をブレーキドラム 7から開離させる電磁吸引力を発生する電磁石 11、及びァ 一マチュア 10が全解放位置まで変位されたことを検出する解放検出スィッチ 12を有 してレ、る。電磁石 11には、ブレーキコイル 13が設けられている。

[0012] 図 2は図 1の制御装置本体 14の構成を示すブロック図である。図において、電流指 令発生部 16は、ブレーキ解放指令に応じてブレーキコイル 13に電流を流すための 電流指令を発生する。電流制御部 17には、電流指令発生部 16からの電流指令と電 流検出器 15からの検出信号とが入力される。電流制御部 17は、ブレーキコイル 13 の実電流値が電流指令の値に一致するように、ブレーキコイル 13に印加する電圧値 に関する指令である電圧指令を発生する。
[0013] 電流制御部 17からの電圧指令は、リミッタ 18を介してブレーキコイル 13に入力され る。また、電流制御部 17からの電圧指令の値は、微分部 19で微分され、解放動作検 出部 20に入力される。解放動作検出部 20は、微分部 19の出力を予め設定された閾 値と比較することにより、ァーマチュア 10の解放動作 (変位)の開始を検出する。即ち 、解放動作検出部 20は、電圧指令の値の時間変化に基づいてァーマチュア 10の解 放動作を検出する。

[0017] 制御装置本体 14は、力ご 1の運転を制御するエレベータ制御装置に設けられてい る。エレベータ制御装置は、演算処理部(CPU)、記憶部(R〇M、 RAM及びハード ディスク等)及び信号入出力部を持った制御盤(図示せず)を有している。制御装置 本体 14の機能は、この制御盤により実現される。このため、制御盤の記憶部には、上 記の機能を実現するためのプログラムが格納されている。
[0018] 次に、動作について説明する。図 3は図 1の制御装置本体 14のブレーキ解放時の 動作を示すフローチャートである。かご 1のドアが閉じられ昇降開始の準備が終了す ると、ブレーキ解放指令が制御装置本体 14に入力される。これにより、電流指令発生 部 16から電流指令の値 I*として初期電流指令値 fpが出力される(ステップ Sl)。また 、これと同時に、タイマ 23がリセットされ、励磁開始からの時間 Tのカウントが開始され る(ステップ S 2)。

電圧指令がブレーキコイル 13に入力されると、ある時定数でコイル実電流 Iが増加 しいき、電圧指令 uは式(1)に従って徐々に減少していく。

( >0)と比較される(ステップ S6)。そして、微分値 aが閾値 a'を超えると、解放動作の 開始検出信号が解放動作検出部 20から出力される。これにより、制御時間検出部 2 2がリセットされ、ァーマチュア 10の解放動作開始からの時間 Tcのカウントが開始さ れる(ステップ S7)。また、電流指令調整部 21により、電流制御部 17に入力される電 流指令の値 I*が初期電流指令値 I*Pから制御指令値 fc (fcく fp)に切り換えられる( ステップ S8)。
[0023] 電流指令の値 が制御指令値 I*cに切り換えられると、電流制御部 17により電圧指 令 uが修正される(ステップ S9)。ここで、制御指令値 I*cは、ァーマチュア 10の解放 動作に最低限必要な値に設定されている。即ち、ァーマチュア 10の解放動作開始 後は、電流値を必要最小限まで下げることにより、ァーマチュア 10が電磁石 11に衝 突する際の衝撃力及び衝突音を低減される。これに対して、ァーマチュア 10が解放 動作を開始するまでは、電源及びブレーキコイル 13の性能限界の電流を流すことに より、解放動作開始までの時間が最小にされる。
[0024] また、電流指令値の低減に応じて電圧指令を修正した後、励磁開始からの時間 T 力 STendに達したかどうか (ステップ S10)、及び解放動作開始からの時間 Tcが Teen dに達したかどうか(ステップ SI 1)が監視される。そして、 T>Tend及び Tc >Tcend のいずれかの条件が成立すると、解放動作の状況に拘わらず、電流指令の値 が初 期電流指令値 fpに戻される (ステップ S12)。

[0026] なお、図 4は図 1の制御装置本体 14の電流指令の変化とブレーキコイル 13に流れ る電流の変化とを示すグラフ、図 5は図 1のァーマチュア 10のブレーキ解放時の動き とブレーキ解放時の電圧指令の変化とを示すグラフである。図 4及び図 5に示すよう に、ァーマチュア 10の実際の解放動作が開始され、電圧指令の微分値が閾値 a 'を 超えると、電流指令の値が制御電流値 fcに切り換えられ、ブレーキコイル 13に流れ る電流の値も Icまで低減される。
[0027] このような電磁ブレーキ制御装置では、ブレーキコイル 13の吸引によるァーマチュ ァ 10の解放動作の開始を検出可能であり、解放動作の開始が検出されると、ブレー キコイル 13に発生する吸引力が解放動作の開始前よりも低減されるので、ブレーキ 解放動作の長時間化を抑えつつ、あらゆる電磁ブレーキ装置についてブレーキ解放 時の衝突音を安定的に低減することができる。
[0028] また、制御装置本体 14は、ブレーキ解放指令に応じて電流指令を発生する電流指 令発生部 16と、ブレーキコイル 13の実電流値が電流指令の値に一致するように電 圧指令を発生する電流制御部 17と、電圧指令の値の変化に基づいてァーマチュア 10の解放動作を検出する解放動作検出部 20とを有しているので、ァーマチュア 10 の解放動作の開始をより確実に検出することができる。なお、ァーマチュア 10の解放 動作の検出は、ァーマチュア 10の動作 (変位)を連続的に検知できるセンサによって あよい。
[0029] さらに、制御装置本体 14は、ブレーキコイル 13の励磁開始から予め設定された時 間 Tendが経過すると、低減させる前の吸引力をブレーキコイル 13に発生させるので 、吸引力を低減させる制御に異常が生じても、解放動作をより確実に行わせることが でき、信頼性を向上させることができる。
さらにまた、制御装置本体 14は、ァーマチュア 10の解放動作の開始から予め設定 された時間 Tcendが経過すると、低減させる前の吸引力をブレーキコイル 13に発生 させるので、これによつても、解放動作をより確実に行わせることができ、信頼性を向 上させることができる。

次に、図 6はこの発明の実施の形態 2によるエレベータ装置の制御装置本体を示 すブロック図である。制御装置本体 14は、実施の形態 1の構成に加えて、動作開始 時間検出部 24とギャップ ·押付力補償部 25とを有している。動作開始時間検出部 24 は、ブレーキコイル 13の励磁開始からァーマチュア 10の解放動作開始までの時間 である動作開始時間 Tpを検出し、その結果をギャップ ·押付力補償部 25に送る。

[0055] このような電磁ブレーキ制御装置では、ブレーキコイル 13の吸引によるァーマチュ ァ 10の解放動作の開始を検出可能であり、解放動作の開始が検出されると、ブレー キコイル 13に発生する吸引力が解放動作の開始前よりも低減されるので、ブレーキ 解放動作の長時間化を抑えつつ、あらゆる電磁ブレーキ装置についてブレーキ解放 時の衝突音を安定的に低減することができる。
[0056] また、制御装置本体 14は、ブレーキ解放指令に応じて電圧指令を発生する電圧指 令発生部 31と、ブレーキコイル 13の実電流値の変化に基づいてァーマチュア 10の 解放動作を検出する解放動作検出部 33とを有しているので、電圧制御によっても、 ァーマチュア 10の解放動作の開始をより確実に検出することができる。

次に、図 13はこの発明の実施の形態 5によるエレベータ装置の制御装置本体を示 すブロック図である。図において、指令発生部 41は、ブレーキ解放指令に応じてブレ ーキコイル 13に電磁吸弓 I力を発生させるための励磁指令(電流指令又は電圧指令) を発生する。励磁指令は、指令調整部 42を介してブレーキコイル 13に入力される。
[0058] タイマ 23は、ブレーキ解放指令に応じてブレーキコイル 13の励磁を開始してからの 時間をカウントする。指令調整部 42は、ブレーキコイル 13の励磁開始から所定の時 間 T1が経過すると、ブレーキコイル 13に入力する励磁指令値を指令発生部 41から の励磁指令値とは異なる値に切り換える。
[0059] 具体的には、指令調整部 42は、時間 T1になると、ブレーキコイル 13に発生する吸 引力を低減させるように励磁指令値を切り換える。時間 T1は、ブレーキコイル 13の 励磁を開始してからァーマチュア 10が電磁石 11に衝突するまでの時間よりも短く設 定される。

[0061] 次に、動作について説明する。図 14は図 13の制御装置本体 14のブレーキ解放時 の動作を示すフローチャートである。力ご1のドアが閉じられ昇降開始の準備が終了 すると、ブレーキ解放指令が制御装置本体 14に入力される。これにより、タイマ 23が リセットされ、励磁開始からの時間 Tのカウントが開始される(ステップ S51)。また、指 令発生部 41から初期励磁指令の値として初期電流指令値 fp又は初期電圧指令値 u*pが出力される(ステップ S52)。 [0062] 初期励磁指令が発生されると、励磁開始からの時間が T1に達したかどうかが監視 される(ステップ S53)。 T1に達していなければ、励磁指令値は初期励磁指令値のま まである。励磁開始からの時間が T1に達すると、指令調整部 42により、ブレーキコィ ル 13に入力される励磁指令の値が初期励磁指令値から制御指令値に切り換えられ る (ステップ S54)。制御指令値は、制御電流指令値 C (fc< fP)又は制御電圧指 令値11 c、u c < u p)でめる。
[0063] 即ち、ァーマチュア 10の励磁開始から所定時間 T1が経過した後には、吸引力を 低減させることにより、ァーマチュア 10が電磁石 11に衝突する際の衝撃力及び衝突 音を低減される。これに対して、ァーマチュア 10の励磁開始直後は、電源及びブレ ーキコイル 13の性能限界の吸引力を発生させることにより、解放動作開始までの時 間が短縮される。
[0064] また、励磁指令値を制御指令値に切り換えた後、励磁開始からの時間 T力 STendに 達したかどうかが監視される(ステップ S55)。そして、励磁開始からの時間 T力 STend に達すると、解放動作の状況に拘わらず、励磁指令の値が初期励磁指令値 fp又は u*pに戻される(ステップ S56)。
[0065] この後、解放検出スィッチ 12が ONにされると、ァーマチュア 10が解放位置まで変 位し解放動作が完了したと判断し、励磁指令の値が保持励磁指令値に切り換えられ る。
[0066] このような電磁ブレーキ制御装置では、ブレーキコイル 13の励磁開始から時間 Ten dが経過するとブレーキコイル 13の吸引力を上昇させるので、より確実に解放動作を 行わせることができ、信頼性を向上させることができる。
[0067] また、ブレーキコイル 13の励磁開始直後にブレーキコイル 13に初期吸引力を発生 させた後、時間 T1が経過するとブレーキコイル 13の吸引力を低減させ、ブレーキコ ィルの励磁開始から時間 Tendが経過すると、ブレーキコイル 13の吸引力を初期吸 引力に戻すので、ブレーキ解放動作の長時間化を抑えつつ、ブレーキ解放時の衝 突音を安定的に低減することができ、し力 信頼性を向上させることができる。
[0068] なお、実施の形態 5では、励磁開始から時間 T1が経過するとブレーキコイル 13の 吸引力を低減させたが、吸引力を切り換える条件は励磁開始力 の時間に限定され るものではなぐ例えばァーマチュア 10の動作、ァーマチュア 10の位置、ブレーキコ ィル 13の電圧値、又はブレーキコイル 13の電流値等であってもよい。
また、実施の形態 5では、励磁開始から時間 Tendが経過すると、ブレーキコイル 13 の吸引力を初期吸引力に戻したが、必ずしも初期吸引力に戻さなくてもよぐ例えば 初期吸引力よりも大きな吸引力にしたり、初期吸引力よりもやや小さい吸引力にした りしてもよい。
さらに、実施の形態 5では、励磁開始から時間 T1が経過するとブレーキコイル 13の 吸引力を低減させたが、励磁開始直後からァーマチュア 10の吸引に最低限必要な 吸引力をブレーキコイル 13に発生させ、時間 Tendに達すると最大限の吸引力に切 り換えるようにしてもよい。
さらにまた、実施の形態 1〜5では、エレベータ装置の電磁ブレーキ制御装置につ レ、て説明したが、他の機器に設けられた電磁ブレーキ制御装置にもこの発明は適用 できる。
また、図 1ではブレーキドラム 7の外周面にブレーキシュ一 9を押し付けるタイプの電 磁ブレーキ装置を示した力 S、ブレーキドラムの内周面にブレーキシュ一を押し付ける タイプであってもよレ、。
さらに、ブレーキ回転体はブレーキディスクであってもよレ、。即ち、この発明は、ディ スタブレーキにも適用できる。
さらにまた、ブレーキ回転体は駆動シーブと一体であってもよい。

Claims

請求の範囲
[1] ブレーキコイルを励磁して上記ブレーキコイルにァーマチュアを吸引させることによ り、電磁ブレーキ装置を解放させる制御装置本体を備えた電磁ブレーキ制御装置で あって、
上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの吸引による上記ァーマチュアの解放 動作の開始を検出可能であり、解放動作の開始が検出されると、上記ブレーキコイル に発生する吸引力を解放動作の開始前よりも低減させる電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[2] 上記制御装置本体は、
ブレーキ解放指令に応じて上記ブレーキコイルに電流を流すための電流指令を発 生する電流指令発生部と、
上記ブレーキコイルの実電流値が上記電流指令の値に一致するように、上記ブレ ーキコイルに印加する電圧値に関する指令である電圧指令を発生する電流制御部と 上記電圧指令の値の変化に基づいて上記ァーマチュアの解放動作を検出する解 放動作検出部と、
上記解放動作検出部からの情報に基づいて電流指令の値を変化させる電流指令 調整部と
を有している請求項 1記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[3] 上記制御装置本体は、上記電圧指令の値を微分して上記解放動作検出部に送る 微分部をさらに有し、
上記解放動作検出部は、上記微分部の出力を予め設定された閾値と比較すること により解放動作の開始を検出する請求項 2記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[4] 上記制御装置本体は、
ブレーキ解放指令に応じて上記ブレーキコイルに電圧を印加するための電圧指令 を発生する電圧指令発生部と、
上記ブレーキコイルの実電流値の変化に基づいて上記ァーマチュアの解放動作を 検出する解放動作検出部と、
上記解放動作検出部からの情報に基づいて電圧指令の値を変化させる電圧指令 調整部と
を有している請求項 1記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[5] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの実電流値を微分して上記解放動作 検出部に送る微分部をさらに有し、
上記解放動作検出部は、上記微分部の出力を予め設定された閾値と比較すること により解放動作の開始を検出する請求項 4記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[6] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの励磁開始から予め設定された時間が 経過すると、低減させる前の吸引力を上記ブレーキコイルに発生させる請求項 1記載 の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[7] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ァーマチュアの解放動作の開始から予め設定された 時間が経過すると、低減させる前の吸引力を上記ブレーキコイルに発生させる請求 項 1記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[8] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの励磁開始から上記ァーマチュアの解 放動作開始までの時間である動作開始時間に応じて、上記ブレーキコイルに解放動 作開始後に発生する吸引力を調整する請求項 1記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[9] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ァーマチュアの解放動作開始前に、上記ブレーキコィ ルの電流値が予め設定された値に達するまでの時間を計測し、計測結果に応じて動 作開始時間を補正する請求項 8記載の電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[10] ブレーキコイルを励磁して上記ブレーキコイルにァーマチュアを吸引させることによ り、電磁ブレーキ装置を解放させる制動装置本体を備えた電磁ブレーキ制御装置で あってヽ
上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの励磁開始からの時間を計測し、上記 ブレーキコイルの励磁開始から予め設定された時間が経過すると上記ブレーキコィ ルの吸引力を上昇させる電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
[11] 上記制御装置本体は、上記ブレーキコイルの励磁開始直後に上記ブレーキコイル に所定の初期吸引力を発生させた後、予め設定された条件に応じて上記ブレーキコ ィルの吸引力を低減させ、上記ブレーキコイルの励磁開始から予め設定された時間 が経過すると、上記ブレーキコイルの吸引力を初期吸引力に戻す請求項 10記載の 電磁ブレーキ制御装置。
