Abstract
La présente invention concerne des couches ou revêtements conducteurs de nanotubes de carbone (CNT) transparents purifiés qui comprennent au moins une substance supplémentaire permettant de former un composite. L'ajout d'une substance à la couche ou au revêtement de CNT améliore la conductivité, la transparence et/ou les performances d'un dispositif comprenant une couche ou un revêtement de CNT conducteur transparent. Ce composite peut être utilisé dans des dispositifs photovoltaïques, des diodes électroluminescentes organiques, des affichages à cristaux liquides ou des écrans tactiles.
