Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Magnetkupplungspumpe, bei der der motorisch angetriebene Teil (13, 14) der magnetischen Kupplung radial innen liegt und der radial außen liegende Teil (6, 7) der Kupplung zusammen mit dem Pumpen-Laufrad (4) derart in der Förderflüssigkeit gleitend gelagert wird, dass der rotierende Teil (9) der Gleitlagerung noch radial über den äußeren Magneten (7) angeordnet wird. Dabei kann die Wandung (20) des Pumpengehäuses (1) selbst als stationärer Teil (10) der Gleitlagerung ausgeführt werden mit der Möglichkeit des unmittelbaren äußeren Zugangs (Schmierung, Sensorik) und einer wirksamen konvektiven Kühlung. Durch die radial weit nach außen verlegte Gleitlagerung wird bei Betriebsstörungen der Trockenlauf vermieden, da sich die schädlichen Gasanteile im radial Inneren der Pumpe ansammeln, jedoch verbleibende Flüssigkeitsreste immer wieder nach außen befördert werden und somit der Lagerschmierung zugeführt werden können. Durch eine zusätzliche ringförmige Sperre (21) kann das Entweichen von Restflüssigkeit verhindert werden. Durch die beschriebene neuartige Gleitlagerung wird ein großräumiger Spalttopf (12) ermöglicht, der wiederum Bestandteilen der Wälzlagerung der motorisch angetriebenen Magnetkupplungshälfte soviel Bauraum ermöglicht, dass die axiale Baulänge der gesamten Pumpe erheblich verkürzt werden kann.
