Abstract

Es wird eine Vorrichtung zum wasserdampfunterstützenden Spritzen von Beschichtungsmaterial, insbesondere von wasserlöslichem Material, beschrieben. Die Vorrichtung weist einen Spritzapparat (2), eine an den Spritzapparat (2) angeschlossene Materialfördereinrichtung (7) mit Materialreservoir und einen an den Spritzapparat (2) angeschlossenen Dampferzeuger (3) auf. Vor dem Dampferzeuger (3) ist ein Dampferhitzer (50) nachgeschaltet, der überhitzten Dampf erzeugt. Das Verfahren zum Beschichten von Substraten mit einem Beschichtungsmaterial sieht vor, dass überhitzter Wasserdampf verwendet wird. Außerdem wird ein Dampferhitzer (50) beschrieben.
