L'invention concerne une bouteille comportant un col (2) équipé d'un bouchon (4), caractérisé en ce que la bouteille comporte un capuchon (8), fixé sur la bouteille au niveau du col (3), le capuchon (8) délimitant avec le col (3) un volume destiné à accueillir un objet.

Description

Bouteille comportant un col équipé d'un bouchon
L'invention concerne une bouteille comportant un col équipé d'un bouchon. Les bouteilles de ce type comportent actuellement des bouchons en liège, en matériau synthétique ou en métal, qui sont apposés sur le col afin de garantir une bonne conservation des produits et de fermer hermétiquement la bouteille.
Dans le cadre d'activités promotionnelles, les industriels sont parfois amenés à rajouter des bons de réductions ou des primes dans le bouchon lui-même ou dans un cache plastique.
Ces dispositifs ne permettent toutefois pas de contenir une capsule, une boîte ou un sachet contenant un objet, notamment une prime ou un cadeau, dont les dimensions sont indépendantes de la taille du bouchon. En outre, de tels dispositifs restent difficiles à fabriquer industriellement, en grande série.
A cet effet, l'invention concerne une bouteille comportant un col équipé d'un bouchon, caractérisé en ce que la bouteille comporte un capuchon, fixé sur la bouteille au niveau du col, le capuchon délimitant avec le col un volume destiné à accueillir un objet, et en ce que la bouteille comporte, à l'intérieur du volume délimité par le capuchon et le col, une coque formée par l'assemblage de deux coquilles.
Les objets disposés dans le capuchon peuvent être par exemple des jouets ou des figurines. L'objet est alors inséré dans la coque, elle-même disposée dans le volume délimité par le capuchon et le col.
Selon une caractéristique de l'invention, les parois externes de la bouteille sont recouvertes, au moins en partie, par un film périphérique, destiné à assurer l'inviolabilité. Le film permet ainsi à un consommateur de s'assurer que le capuchon n'a jamais été retiré du col de la bouteille et, par conséquent, que l'objet est toujours situé dans le volume précité et/ou que le bouchon de la bouteille n'a jamais été retiré du col.
Préférentiellement, la bouteille comporte une jupe tronconique annulaire, fixée au niveau du col. Avantageusement, la jupe est fixée sur le col, notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
Selon une première forme d'exécution, le capuchon est fixé sur le col, notamment par encliquetage ou vissage. Selom une seconde forme d'exécution, le capuchon est fixé sur la jupe, notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
De toute façon, l'invention sera bien comprise à l'aide de la description qui suit, en référence au dessin schématique annexé représentant, à titre d'exemples non limitatifs, deux formes d'exécution de cette bouteille. Figure 1 est une vue en coupe partielle selon l'axe de la bouteille d'une première forme d'exécution de l'invention.
Figure 2 est une vue en coupe axiale agrandie d'une seconde forme d'exécution de l'invention.
La figure 1 représente une bouteille comportant un réservoir 1 de forme sensiblement sphérique, équipé d'un col 2 taraudé. Le col 2 comporte une colerette 3 s'étendant radialement au niveau de sa surface externe.
L'axe A de la bouteille est défini par l'axe de symétrie du réservoir 1, passant par le centre du col 2.
Un bouchon fileté 4, destiné à obturer le col 2 de manière étanche, est vissé sur ce dernier.
Une jupe tronconique annulaire 5 est fixée par encliquetage sur le col 2. Plus précisément, la zone de plus faible diamètre de la jupe comporte une partie annulaire axiale 6 formant un épaulement de diamètre interne sensiblement égal au diamètre de la colerette du col 3, celle-ci venant s'insérer dans la partie anulaire 6 et reposer contre l'épaulement.
Des moyens d'encliquetage formés par un système de rainure et bourrelet complémentaires permettent d'assurer la fixation de la jupe sur le col. Alternativement, cette fixation est obtenue par un emmanchement à force de la jupe sur le col. La zone de plus grand diamètre de la jupe 5 est orientée en direction du fond du réservoir 1 , opposé au col 2 selon l'axe A de la bouteille.
La jupe tronconique 5 comporte en outre un épaulement annulaire externe 7 au niveau de son extrémité de plus faible diamètre.
Un capuchon creux 8, de forme sensiblement cylindrique, comporte une extrémité ouverte 9 de diamètre interne sensiblement égal au diamètre de la zone d'épaulement externe de la jupe, l'autre extrémité 10 du capuchon étant fermée.
Le capuchon peut être réalisé en matière synthétique, en verre, en bois, en résine ou en carton. L'extrémité ouverte 9 du capuchon 8 vient s'encliqueter sur la jupe
5, au niveau de l'épaulement externe 7, par exemple par l'intermédiaire d'un système de rainure et bourrelet complémentaires, de sorte que l'axe du capuchon corresponde à l'axe A de la bouteille.
Le capuchon 8 ainsi fixé sur la jupe 5, délimite avec le col 2 un volume 11 dans lequel est disposée une coque 12 de forme sensiblement cylindrique. La coque 12, destinée à acceuillir un objet non représenté, est composée de deux coquilles 13 venant s'emboîter l'une dans l'autre.
La bouteille est recouverte par un film (non représenté) sur toute sa surface périphérique. De cette manière, lors de la première utilisation, le consommateur retire le capuchon 9 en déchirant le film, retire la coque 12 et désassemble les deux coquilles 13 afin de découvrir l'objet.
Le consommateur peut ensuite remettre ou non le capuchon sur la bouteille. Le capuchon peut en outre servir de doseur ou de verre.
La figure 2 représente une seconde forme d'exécution de l'invention dans laquelle les mêmes éléments sont désignés par les mêmes références qu'en figure 1.
Pour des raisons de lisibilité du dessin, seuls les contours externes du réservoir 1 , du col 3 et de la coque 12 ont été représentés.
Dans cette forme d'exécution, la bouteille ne comporte pas de jupe tronconique 5, le capuchon 8 étant monté directement sur le col 3 par encliquetage.
Afin de réaliser ce type de fixation, le capuchon comporte un bourrelet 14 au niveau de surface interne, décalé depuis l'extrémité ouverte du capuchon en direction de l'extrémité fermée, de sorte que, lorsque le capuchon 8 est en position montée sur le col 3, le bourrelet 14 coopère avec la colerette
3 pour réaliser l'encliquetage.
Selon une troisième variante de réalisation non représentée, le capuchon comporte deux extrémités ouvertes, le volume servant à contenir l'objet étant délimité par le col, le capuchon et le film recouvrant la bouteille. Selon un autre mode de réalisation non représenté, des produits alimentaires, par exemple des confiseries ou une sucette, sont logés à l'intérieur de la capsule.
Comme il va de soi, l'invention ne se limite pas aux seules formes d'exécution de ce système, décrites ci-dessus à titre d'exemples, mais elle embrasse au contraire toutes les variantes. C'est ainsi notamment que le film pourrait recouvrir une partie seulement de la bouteille ou que la bouteille pourait ne pas contenir de coque et que l'objet pourrait, dans ce cas, être disposé directement dans le volume délimité par le capuchon.

Claims

REVENDICATIONS
1. Bouteille comportant un col (2) équipé d'un bouchon (4), caractérisé en ce que la bouteille comporte un capuchon (8), fixé sur la bouteille au niveau du col (3), le capuchon (8) délimitant avec le col (3) un volume destiné à accueillir un objet, et en ce que la bouteille comporte, à l'intérieur du volume délimité par le capuchon (8) et le col (3), une coque (12) formée par l'assemblage de deux coquilles (13).
2. Bouteille selon la revendication 1 , caractérisée en ce que les parois externes de la bouteille sont recouvertes, au moins en partie, par un film périphérique, destiné à assurer l'inviolabilité.
3. Bouteille selon l'une des revendications 1 et 2, caractérisée en ce que la bouteille comporte une jupe tronconique annulaire (5), fixée au niveau du col (3).
4. Bouteille selon la revendication 3, caractérisée en ce que la jupe (5) est fixée sur le col (3), notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
5. Bouteille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon (8) est fixé sur le col (3), notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
6. Bouteille selon l'une des revendications 1 à 4, caractérisée en ce que le capuchon (8) est fixé sur la jupe (5), notamment par encliquetage ou vissage.
