Abstract

La présente invention concerne l'utilisation d'un acide nucléique codant un ARN de transfert (ARNt) chimérique, lequel ARNt chimérique provient de la modification d'un ARNt par insertion d'un ARN dans la tige-boucle de l'anticodon dudit l'ARNt et/ou par substitution de tout ou partie de la tige boucle de l'anticodon dudit l'ARNt par un ARN, pour la production dudit ARN, ou d'une partie dudit ARN, dans une cellule.
