Abstract
La présente invention concerne un système de cuisson servant à séparer et à stocker les liquides gras loin des aliments mangeables pendant ou après la cuisson. Le système comprend un appareil de cuisson comportant une partie de corps servant à cuire les aliments. Un réservoir de liquide gras monté sur l'appareil de cuisson est en communication fluide avec la partie de corps. Un dispositif réducteur de pression est en communication fluide avec le réservoir et génère un différentiel de pression d'amplitude suffisante pour éjecter un liquide gras depuis la partie de corps vers le réservoir. Le système permet à un utilisateur de cuisiner les aliments tout en retirant les matières grasses liquides, la graisse et similaire en excédent afin de récupérer le liquide gras indésirable de l'environnement de cuisson vers une zone de stockage où le liquide est isolé en toute sécurité. Une fois isolé, le liquide gras brûlant peut refroidir afin de pouvoir être le cas échéant éliminé de manière écologique.
