Abstract

La présente invention concerne une méthode pour évaluer le taux de dilution de l'huile de lubrification d'un moteur à combustion interne fonctionnant avec un carburant comportant au moins une partie d'au moins un biocarburant, méthode selon laquelle on mesure la radioactivité d'un échantillon d'huile pour ensuite évaluer le taux de dilution de l'huile par le carburant. Selon l'invention, cette méthode consiste à mesurer la radioactivité d'au moins un des constituants du biocarburant contenu dans l'échantillon d'huile.
