Abstract

Déambulateur formé d'un cadre muni de roues comprenant A- un portique s'appuyant sur le sol par l'intermédiaire d'un polygone de sustentation (P) formé par au moins trois roues (21, 22 ; 31, 32), B- un moyen de suspension de l'utilisateur comprenant un harnais (10) relié par un câble (11) à un point haut (PS) du portique au-dessus de l'utilisateur, se projetant près du centre du polygone de sustentation (P) et un treuil (12) pour le câble (11), C- une barre de préhension (40) fixée au portique pour l'utilisateur.

REVENDICATIONS MODIFIÉES reçues par le Bureau international le 11 décembre 2007 (11.12.2007)
R E V E N D I C A T I O N S
1°) Déambulateur formé d'un cadre muni de roues, comprenant
A- un portique s'appuyant sur le sol par l'intermédiaire d'un polygone de sustentation (P) formé par au moins trois roues (21, 22 ; 31, 32),
B- un moyen de suspension de l'utilisateur comprenant un harnais (10) relié par un câble (11) à un point haut (PS) du portique au-dessus de l'utilisateur, se projetant près du centre du polygone de sustentation (P) et un treuil (12) pour le câble (11), C- une barre de préhension (40) fixée au portique pour l'utilisateur, caractérisé en ce que
- il comporte
- deux roues avant (21, 22) fixes, parallèles, écartées au moins de la largeur d'une personne et - au moins une roue arrière (31, 32) directrice, pivotante,
- le portique (160) est formé de deux tubes (151, 152) cintrés en arceaux dont les branches avant (151a, 151b) forment chacune un montant portant une roue (121, 122) non directrice et les branches arrière sont rapprochées pour former le montant arrière portant au moins une roue arrière (131, 132) directrice, les tubes cintrés (151, 152) étant réunis en partie haute par une traverse (153) portant une poulie de câble.
2°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le portique se compose de trois montants (51, 52, 53) sensiblement verticaux réunis en partie haute par un cadre (60), deux montants à l'avant (51, 52) et un montant (53) à l'arrière associés respectivement aux roues avant (21, 22) et aux roues arrière (31, 32), la barre de préhen- sion (40) reliant les deux montant avant (51, 52).
3°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé en ce que la roue arrière (31, 32) est une roulette.
4°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé par une poignée de guidage (14) escamotable, fixée à l'arrière du portique. 5°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1 , caractérisé par un siège escamotable (71) fixé à l'arrière portique.
6e) Déambulateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le siège est formé par une assise (171) munie de deux rails (174) guidés entre des groupes de galets (175, 176) pour coulisser entre une position abaissée et une position haute, dégagée au-dessus du dossier (172).
7°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 5, caractérisé en ce que le siège (171) porte deux repose-pieds (179) reliés aux rails du siège par deux parallélogrammes articulés (178a, 178b) pour passer d'une position abaissée à une position escamotée sous l'assise.
8°) Déambulateur selon les revendications 1, 3 et 4, caractérisé en ce que le montant arrière (53) porte le siège escamotable (71), la poignée (14) et le treuil (12).
9°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roues sont munies de frein et les freins des roues avant (21, 22) sont commandés à partir de la barre de préhension (40) .
10°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la câble (11) est équipé d'un système de mesure du délestage du patient.
11°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le montant arrière porte un dossier (172) logeant des galets (175, 176) de guidage des rails du siège (171) et recevant l'extrémité de ces rails (175, 176) en position escamotée.
12°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que le montant arrière porte un pivot vertical (135) muni d'une platine (130) solidaire de deux fourches (119) munie des roues arrière (131, 132).
13°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 12, caractérisé en ce que la platine (130) est reliée à un arceau de guidage (114) remontant vers l'arrière et un arceau de frein (116) suivant le tracé de l'arceau de guidage (114) et dont les deux extrémités sont portées par une articulation associée à chaque fourche et se prolongeant par un patin (145) venant au- dessus de la roue (131, 132) de chaque fourche (119) pour la freiner.
14°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que l'extrémité inférieure des branches arrière des tubes cintrés est soudée à une branche (177a) d'une pièce en V (177) couché dont l'autre branche horizontale (177b) porte le pivot (135) de la platine (130) des roues arrière (11 132).
15°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les roues (11, 122 ; 131,132) sont munies de coques de protection (123, 124 ; 133, 134) enveloppant l'ensemble fourche, frein et roue, en le laissant apparaître que la bande de roulement de la roue (121, 122 ; 131,132).
16°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que la traverse haute (153)porte la poulie par un point de fixation réglable dans le sens longitudinal.
17°) Déambulateur selon la revendication 1, caractérisé en ce que les deux montants (151, 12) sont réunis par une traverse escamotable (140) formant la barre de préhension reliée à l'un des montants par une articulation et à l'autre montant par un verrou et cette traverse (140) est doublée par une barre d'actionnement de frein (141, 142) avant également escamotable et dont chaque extrémité est reliée à une tringle (142) descendant le long du montant (151a, 152a) pour actionner le patin de frein (45) de la roue (121, 122) associée à ce montant.
