Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé destiné à traiter le prion qui comprend les étapes consistant à mettre au moins un milieu poreux en contact avec un fluide contenant des prions pathogènes, de sorte que les prions pathogènes soient retenus et/ou capturés par le milieu poreux ; mettre en contact le milieu poreux avec un autre fluide de sorte que les prions pathogènes soient libérés du milieu poreux afin de fournir un premier fluide contenant des prions pathogènes ; placer un fluide contenant les prions pathogènes libérés dans un premier tube à centrifuger contenant un milieu de séparation ; et centrifuger le tube à centrifuger afin d'obtenir un rétentat contenant un concentré de prions pathogènes.
