Abstract

L'invention concerne un bac empilable (10') qui peut être empilé avec d'autres bacs identiques ou similaires et/ou des modèles de bacs existant antérieurement. Le bac (10') est assemblé à partir d'au moins plusieurs parois latérales (14'), d'éléments de verrouillage (92), d'une base (18) et d'un rail supérieur (16). Lorsqu'elle est pliée en une forme appropriée, une découpe ou des découpes forment les parois latérales du bac (10'). Pour renforcer les bords supérieurs et inférieurs du bac (10'), un rail supérieur (16) en forme de gouttière s'étend autour du bord supérieur (24') des parois latérales du bac (14') et le bord inférieur (26') des parois latérales (14') vient se loger dans une rainure (64) de la base (18). Le rail supérieur (16) et la base (18) sont fixés aux parois latérales (14') en raison d'une forme (50, 70) recourbée vers l'intérieur dans les rainures (44, 64) associées qui vient en contact avec les éléments de blocage (92). Un avantage de cette invention réside dans le fait qu'un bac ou un récipient léger empilable peut être rapidement et facilement fabriqué selon une taille ou une hauteur spécifiée. Le bac de la présente invention peut être empilé au-dessus ou en-dessous de bacs du même type ou de types similaires ainsi que de modèles de bacs existants.
