Abstract

Bei einem Formular mit daraus herstellbarer Faltkarte, umfassend ein flächiges Substrat (10) mit darauf vorhandenem Mehrschichtmaterial (20, 30),wobei durch eine Stanzung (11, 12, 13, 14, 15) eine Falzlinie (15), in einem ersten von Mehrschichtmaterial (20) überdeckten Bereich (10.1) Kernteile (A, B) der Faltkarte, un jenseits der Falzlinie (15) in einem zweiten von Mehrschichtmaterial (30) überdeckten Bereich (10.2) transparente Plastifizierteile (E, F) der Faltkarte sowie formgleiche Abdeckteile (C, D) für diese erzeugt sind, wobei die Stanzung von der Formular-Vorderseite her ausgeführt ist, wobei die in der fertigen Faltkarte nach aussen gerichteten Flächen der Kernteile im Formular auf dessen Vorderseite frei liegen, wobei die in der fertigen Faltkarte nach innen gerichteten Flächen der Kernteile im Formular mit einer ersten Kleberschicht versehen sind, wobei die in der fertigen Faltkarte nach innen gerichteten Flächen der Plastifizierteile im Formular mit einer zweiten Kleberschicht versehen sind, wobei die Abdeckteile im Formular auf dessen Vorderseite über der zweiten Kleberschicht angeordnet und durch Ablösen von dieser aus dem Formular entnehmbar sind, wobei die Plastifizierteile nach dem Entnehmen der Abdeckteile durch Falzen des Formulars um die Falzline mit den Kernteilen im Formular in Überdeckung bringbar und mittels der zweiten Kleberschicht mit diesen verklebbar sind, wobei die Kernteile durch Ablösen ihrer ersten Kleberschicht von eine an diese angrenzenden Schicht aus dem Formular entnehmbar sind, und ihre mit der ersten Kleberschicht versehenen Flächen durch Zusammenfalten miteinander verklebbar sind, ist es erfindungsgemäss vorgesehen, dass ein erstes (20) und ein zweites Mehrschichtmaterial (30) auf dem Substrat (10) vorhanden sind, dass die Falzlinie (15) nur im Substrat (10) gestanzt ist, dass die Plastifizierteile (E, F) im Formular nur durch Perforationsstege gehalten sind, und dass die in der fertigen Faltkarte nach aussen gerichteten Flächen der Plastifizierteile (E, F) im Formular auf dessen Rückseite frei liegen.
