Abstract
L'invention concerne un palier lisse (10) comprenant une couche de support (12) en matériau métallique; une couche métallique de palier (14) à base de cuivre apposée sur la couche de support (12); une couche d'arrêt de diffusion (16) apposée sur la couche métallique de palier (14); et une couche de glissement (18) à base d'étain apposée sur la couche d'arrêt de diffusion (16). Selon l'invention, la couche d'arrêt de diffusion (16) est constituée de fer pur.
