Abstract

L'invention concerne un boîtier de raccordement électronique et son procédé d'assemblage, le boîtier de raccordement comprenant un premier connecteur pour connecter électriquement des dispositifs électroniques à un circuit externe, ainsi qu'une pièce cylindrique ayant une partie d'ouverture. Le premier connecteur est sous la forme d'un réceptacle présentant une partie évidée positionnée à l'intérieur de la pièce cylindrique, et conçu pour s'adapter au-dessus d'un second connecteur présentant une partie faisant saillie qui est également conçue pour aller à l'intérieur de la pièce cylindrique. Une ou plusieurs nervures sont formées sur une surface intérieure de la partie évidée, et une ou plusieurs nervures sont formées sur une surface intérieure de la partie d'ouverture qui sont respectivement alignées les unes par rapport aux autres pour former une ou plusieurs nervures de guidage généralement verticales pour positionner des broches du premier connecteur et des broches du second connecteur de manière à être reliées les unes aux autres. Les nervures formées sur la surface intérieure de la partie évidée comprennent des extrémités chanfreinées qui sont alignées avec les nervures formées sur la surface intérieure de la partie d'ouverture.
