Abstract

La présente invention vise un procédé très général pour diversifier de manière aléatoire une séquence nucléotidique S par PCR, tout en préservant l'identité de certains domaines de ladite séquence S, une banque de séquences nucléotidiques ainsi diversifiées, les protéines diversifiées obtenues par expressions de ces séquences nucléotidiques dans un hôte approprié.
