Abstract
本発明は、小型で効率が高く、高い指向性と均一な加熱及び立ち上りの早い発熱体ユニット、及びその発熱体ユニットを用いた加熱装置を提供することを目的とする。発熱体ユニットにおける発熱体(2)が炭素系物質を主成分とした材料によりフィルムシート状に形成され、面方向に同等の熱伝導性を有しており、電力供給部(10A,10B)が発熱体(2)における対向する両端に電力を供給することにより、発熱体ユニットにおける発熱体(2)が高い効率で全面的に発熱するよう構成されている。
