Abstract

Es werden eine Vorrichtung und ein Verfahren zum Bereitstellen von entkeimtem Wasser an einer Entnahmestelle offenbart. Die Vorrichtung umfasst ein Mehrfachfilter zum Filtern von Zulaufwasser, einen mit gefiltertem Zulaufwasser auffüllbaren Vorratsbehälter mit regelbaren Heizmitteln zum Erhitzen des im Vorratsbehälter vorhandenen Wassers und Abkochmittel, die gewährleisten, dass im Vorratsbehälter Wasser auf eine Abkochtemperatur erhitzt und zumindest während einer vorbestimmten Abkochzeit auf der Abkochtemperatur gehalten wird, sowie Fortkochmittel, die gewährleisten, dass aus dem Vorratsbehälter entnommenes Wasser mit mindestens einer Fortkochtemperatur an der Entnahmestelle abgegeben wird. Das Verfahren umfasst Abkochen von erhitztem Wasser auf der Abkochtemperatur zumindest für eine vorbestimmte Abkochzeit und Fortkochen von gekochtem Wasser auf einer Fortkochtemperatur unmittelbar vor der Entnahme des Wassers.
