Abstract

 光を電荷に変換する光電変換素子5と、前記光電変換素子5が変換した電荷を蓄積する蓄積容量6と、前記蓄積容量6内の電荷を放電するためのリセット手段7と、前記蓄積容量6に蓄積された電荷を受け取り増幅して出力する増幅用薄膜トランジスタ8とを備えるとともに、前記増幅用薄膜トランジスタ8がソースフォロア回路を形成するように、撮像装置を構成する。
