Abstract

　乳由来の塩基性タンパク質を経口的に摂取することにより、RANKLの産生を抑制することができる。乳由来塩基性タンパク質画分を有効成分としたRANKL産生抑制剤、このRANKL産生抑制剤を配合した骨代謝疾患用治療剤ならびに免疫疾患用治療剤、さらには、このRANKL産生抑制剤を特定量配合した、RANKL産生抑制を特徴とする飲食品ならびに飼料はRANKLの産生を抑制する効果が顕著であり、日常的に摂取でき、長期にわたって摂取しても安全性が高い。
