Abstract

Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft einen Zentrifugaltrockner zum Trennen granulatförmiger Stoffe von Prozesswasser, mit einem Gehäuse, einem in dem Gehäuse angeordneten Rotor sowie einem den Rotor umfangsseitig umgebenden Sieb(6), wobei das Sieb zumindest ein poröses Siebelement (10) aufweist, das bogenförmig um zumindest einen Siebträgerreif en (11) gelegt und daran lösbar, befestigt ist. Erfindungsgemäß wird das Sieb aus mehreren Siebelementen zusammengesetzt, die einander in Umfangsrichtung überlappen und durch einen oder mehrere Spanngurte (14), die die einander überlappenden Siebelemente umfangsseitig umschlingen, auf dem Siebträgerreifen festgespannt werden. Als Spanngurt können grundsätzlich verschieden ausgebildete, biegeschlaffe, biegsame und/oder biegeelastische Zugelemente um Siebelemente geschlungen werden, die gespannt werden und hierdurch die Siebelemente zusammenhalten.
